Letter from SSSC

The Social Science Students’ Council is excited to have supported the CAISA Fashion Show once again this year through the Student Donation Fund. The CAISA team has outdone themselves this year, with both the planning and execution of this large-scale initiative in support of the Children’s Health Foundation.

This year, the Social Science Students’ Council is the primary governance body for the faculty. Our council consists of over 65 hired and elected students from within the Faculty of Social Science, who are all passionate about improving the experience for other students through advocacy and programming. The work we do would not be possible without the contributions of Social Science students to the Student Donation Fund.

The Student Donation Fund aims to fund initiatives that work towards the SSSC’s goal of enriching the Social Science student experience. The CAISA Fashion Show provides many students with an opportunity to get involved on campus, and we are happy to have supported that.
