ABOUT
We’ve found that in-person collaboration is one of the best ways to foster innovation. So it was crucial that we build out plenty of space for team members to gather and tackle challenges together. If anyone needs a break, they don’t have to go to a coffee shop for an escape — they can post up in one of our open teaming spaces or at a countertop in our kitchen. The cafe is where they hold special events, allhands meetings and impromptu ping pong games on our custom table.

ABOUT
WME/IMG wanted to expand their Chicago office into a more refined loft office that would allow them to continue to foster a creative, professional atmosphere. WME/IMG also wanted better identity to reflect their growing Chicago presence and have better proximity to their clients in River North while maintaining a convenient location for their commuting work force. The result was a 10,000 square foot ‘soft loft’ office in the recently renovated, art-deco building at 121 West Wacker Drive located at the corner of Wacker Drive and LaSalle Street overlooking the Chicago River Wacker Drive entrance. WME/IMG retained the architecture create a blend of refined, creative space for their Chicago office.

ABOUT
Chicago’s first indoor trampoline park ages inside an older industrial building in the West Town neighborhood. The 33,000-square-foot facility at 404 N. Armour Street offers its guests multiple trampoline courts with dodge ball and basketball as well as a log roll, foam pit, and other physical activities, reported Block Club Chicago. The West Town location comes from Texas-based Altitude Trampoline Parks, which currently operates 74 spots worldwide and hopes to expand to 100 by year’s end. The Chicago project represents Altitude’s fourth Illinois location, While all the parks share certain design elements (namely a lot of purple padding), the West Town outpost will showcase some of the bow-and-truss building’s existing architecture. The space is unique and urban,. It was important to us to create a park that feels organic to the neighborhood.

Vi Living, a luxury senior living company, on the 84th floor of Chicago’s Willis Tower. The office design showcases high-quality finishes and amenities reflecting the high-end experience that Vi offers residents in each of the company’s life plan communities. The new headquarters includes a high-end conference center consisting of one boardroom, two medium conference rooms and two small conference rooms. Unique construction features include custom millwork, an electric fireplace, custom light fixtures in reception, and 12-foot custom sliding doors and reception entry with inset laser-cut metal screens.
