A NOTE FROM THE
editor
“Ten years is only the beginning.” — Unknown Happy 10-year anniversary to us! Ten years ago, I started Calabasas Style magazine because I felt there was a need for a local lifestyle magazine, seeing as there wasn’t one at the time. So, I brought my creative style and spin, sense of humor, and interests to share with all of you. The community was so welcoming and open to us, and we forever appreciate everyone sharing their lives with us. The first person to join our team was the talented Marvin Steindler, who expertly photographs all our covers. Our creative director and graphic artist, Elissa Linick, and I met soon thereafter, and she has been designing our fabulous layouts ever since. Linda Perry, or “Miss Calabasas,” as she is known here, was a great addition as our marketing/advertising director. She is loved by all who know her. Kaylie Carafelli, our editorial assistant and account coordinator, keeps us all on track and is a godsend. Karen Shaver, our bookkeeper, has the most positive energy. Lori Berezin, our main writer, is a magical wordsmith. Debbie Vaccarello and Melissa Westervelt, our event photographers, add their artistic touch to each photo shoot, and Nicole Schubert, our copy editor, keeps us on top of our game. We have a great team, and we all feel so lucky to do what we do! The Andersson Family graces our cover for the holidays, sharing their passion for healing, fun, and family. We also showcase exceptional real estate agents in this issue. They are industry leaders and the ones to watch. Ready to shop local this holiday season? Be sure to view our Holiday Gift Guide to help you along the way. Wishing you happy holidays! And remember, we always love to hear from you; so please feel free to email us at stylepublishing@gmail.com. Gayle Barnes Publisher/Editor stylepublishing@gmail.com IG: @CalabasasStyleMagazine

Through sponsorships, donations, auctions, and more, the charity’s signature tournament and longest-standing fundraiser raised over $160,000. Los Angeles Kings Team Ambassador and Hockey Hall of Famer Bob Miller hosted the Golf Classic joined by his longtime counterpart, Jimmy Fox. The evening portion included hearing from “Little” Yvette who shared her story about how having a mentor in her life helped her thrive during her most challenging years. This year also included golf shirts and hats gifted by Swannies; vendors who delivered food, fun, and refreshments across the course; and silent and live auctions. It culminated with dinner and awards. For more information, visit bbsvc.org. For more photos of our events, please visit calabasasstyle.com.

COMEDY FOR A CAUSE BENEFITS THE FOUNDATION ____________________________________ ____________________________________ Photography by Debbie Vaccarello Calabasas native and stand-up comedian Adam Freeman hosted and produced an evening of laughter for THE Foundation for Las Virgenes Schools on September 30th at The Six Chow House in Calabasas. The sold-out show presented by Subculture Comedy featured special guest comedians Felicia Michaels, Brandon Black, Lisa Alvarado, Ed Roesgen, Jessica Inserra, and Sam Mettler. All ticket sales and a portion of food and beverages benefitted THE Foundation. Raising three kids in Las Virgenes Unified School District, Adam wanted to bring more engaging local fundraisers to the community, which led him to create “Comedy for a Cause” shows to benefit local schools and organizations while providing his comedian friends a great atmosphere to perform. His October 28th show benefitted Calabasas High School’s dance program. Shows are hosted at The Six on the last Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are available on Eventbrite.com.

CASA PACIFICA HOSTS 28TH ANNUAL WINE, FOOD & BREW FESTIVAL
____________________________________ ____________________________________ Photography by Debbie Vaccarello After its first ever hiatus last year, the Casa Pacifica Angels Wine, Food & Brew Festival made its highly anticipated return Sunday, September 26th. As always, the festival hosted an unbeatable array of exhibitors—offering tasty bites, sips of fine wine, and smooth brews. This year’s Best in Fest Brew—Single Speed American Light Lager by Pedals and Pints—was available for sampling in addition to honorable mentions, including Firestone Walker and Twisted Oak Tavern. The festival main stage featured live music throughout the day, keeping the dance floor packed. The sold-out festival, recently winning VC Reporter’s Best Wine and Food Event and Best Charity Event for the 10th consecutive year, raises critical funds for Casa Pacifica Centers for Children & Families, which must raise 10% to 12% of its operating budget annually (about $5 million this year). Generally, consumer sentiment is significantly influenced by the media, which is often an important driver of inflation. The Federal Reserve, the Treasury Department, Congress, and the President’s economic advisors, collectively referred to as policymakers, influence markets and consumer economic activity. And this is done not just through financial channels such as banks and Wall Street firms, but also by directly shaping the public’s views about the future through deliberate press releases to the media. This media frenzy often results in distorted consumer behavior. For example, when the media reports expectations for goods shortages, higher inflation, higher taxes, and higher interest rates, consumers rush out to purchase goods to get ahead of future higher prices and a shortage of funds in their bank accounts. This process sets the stage for a surge in economic activity followed by a collapse. The resulting higher prices, lower consumer confidence, decreased consumer spending, increased savings, decreased investment in

ed to prevent a pandemic-driven economic collapse. However, the excessive, ongoing governmental involvement and high taxation in our capitalistic free-market system distorts and impedes long-term, steady economic growth to the point of fostering a self-perpetuating cycle of stagnation, which ultimately will lead to overwhelming governmental control in an effort to perpetually try to prevent further failure that was of the government’s own making due to futile manipulations of the economy. The success of one generation’s policy makers in learning and heeding those fundamental lessons about taxation, economic growth, and inflation will determine what kind of country the next generation will inherit. n MD Wealth Partners, Inc.: A personal wealth enhancement boutique for select clients. mark@mdwealthpartners.com mdwealthpartners.com 805.402.8642
2021 CALABASAS MAYOR’S STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS Mayor James Bozajian presented the 24th Annual Calabasas Mayor’s State of the City Address on October 6th at the Calabasas High School Performing Arts and Education Center. During his speech, the mayor reviewed the city’s accomplishments from the past year and outlined goals for the future, highlighting that 2021 is the 30th anniversary of the city’s incorporation. Mayor Bozajian praised all City of Calabasas departments for the work they did to keep the city functioning during the pandemic along with Lost Hills Sheriff’s deputies and Los Angeles County Fire Department for their work to protect Calabasas. Joanne and John Suwara were named Citizens of the Year, and Michael Brockman was honored with a 30th Anniversary award for his decades of volunteer service to the city. The Calabasas Chamber of Commerce was also recognized with an award presented by Mayor Bozajian for their longstanding partnership with the City. Calabasas Style 65

What Day By Marc Cohen
Is This?
During the pandemic, time stopped. I no longer remember
Sadly, I was never sharp enough to figure out a Rubik's Cube,

that allows you to track your smart-cube orientation in real time. Maybe, finally, I can solve this incredibly infuriating game.
Since the holidays are very important to most of us, let’s take a look at some cool technology gift-giving ideas.
If you are one of the many people who have trouble falling asleep or know someone who does, take a look at the Philips Somneo Connected Sleep and Wake-Up Light. It can simulate a natural sunrise and sunset, play soothing sounds, and charge your smartphone, and it has a built-in USB port. With a likeable design, it can be controlled with the SleepMapper app. It sells for around $200, but let’s face it—getting a restful night’s sleep is one of the most important things you can do to maintain good health, so it’s worth it. If you miss your old Polaroid camera, get a hold of the Fujifilm Instax Mini Link Smartphone Printer. It retails for around $160 and connects via Bluetooth to produce 1.8-by-2.4 hard copies of the pictures on your smartphone. It takes just 12 seconds to print. Call me sentimental, but sometimes, it just feels nice to actually hold an old-school picture in your hands. While I won’t recommend a specific laptop, it’s a great time to find really good pricing both for
Happen to be someone or know someone who often misplaces their wallet? If so, join the club. There was never a solution until now—the Ekster Parliament Smart Wallet includes an optional Bluetooth tracker. The range is about 200 feet, and it’s actually powered by light, so no need to replace a battery. It sells for around $90 and even ejects your credit cards for you. It’s also rather stylish so you won’t be burdened with carrying an ugly wallet. Don’t forget about smart-home devices like the Amazon Echo and Google Assistant. They’ll grab the attention of even the lowest-tech person in your life. For proof, my wife hates technology, and yet, I got her one, and she uses it every day. She looks up new recipes, locates phone numbers, and even finds the ages for her favorite actors. Just be sure to put a strip of black tape over the lens if it comes with a camera; there are too many cases of people being spied on from their inhouse camera.

home and office use. For around $500, you can find a nice PC with lots of bells and whistles. Macs are still more expense but are also a great choice. We couldn’t wait for 2020 to end, hopeful that 2021 would be better. For the most part, it has been, and now, let’s look forward to a great 2022. Celebrate joy and hope this coming year. And don’t forget—no matter how big a tech geek you are, you’re still uber cool. See you on the radio! Marc Cohen

home warm, cozy, and festive for the holiday season.
Snuggle up by a Cozy Fire The fireplace is often the epicenter of the home over Christmas and the holidays. Who doesn’t enjoy the warmth of the fire, the crackling and smell of the wood, and the ambience of the glow in the room?
Take Holiday Photos of your Pets Let’s face it, our pets are like our children. It’s no wonder that we can get carried away and want to include them in the festivities with either holiday photos or even dressing them up. Just be kind, and try not to overdo it and make them anxious.
Make Holiday Cookies with the Family The holidays are all about making memories with our friends and family. Baking sugar cookies is festive, as you can make any shape with cookie cutters and there are endless ways to decorate them with icing, candies, and nuts.
Get Creative with Hot Chocolate Nothing makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside during the holidays like hot cocoa. It’s fun to use different toppings, like candy canes, marshmallows, chocolate pretzel bars, and chocolate chips. For additional warmth, add a splash of Kahlua or Baileys. 80

WOODLAND HILLS WOMAN’S CLUB TEA The Woodland Hills Woman’s Club was proud to hold its 7th Annual Summertime Tea on August 28th, with record attendance and fundraising numbers. Besides missing their event last year due to the pandemic, the most noticeable difference was the venue. This year the event was held at the Woodland Hills Country Club, which provided the ladies with a more elegant environment and superior service. There were 20 decorated tables, raffles, contests, live music, vendors, and a silent auction to entertain and delight the crowd. The tea menu provided by the club offered a vast array of tea sandwiches, specialty condiments, desserts, and tea. All proceeds from Woodland Hills Woman’s Club events go directly back to the local charities they support. By Elena Richards More than ever before, the magic of Christmas is a welcome relief. If you didn’t already know about the full-blown winter wonderland right here in Los Angeles, then you have certainly been missing out. For 70 years, Aldik Home has been putting together jaw-dropping displays of the most beautiful Christmas décor found anywhere in the world. Each year they have a completely new design, and you’ll just have to trust us when we say that this one is the best yet. There are thousands of unique ornaments, twinkling lights, spools of luxurious ribbon, and so much more around every corner. There are Santas, angels, glittery stems, and even an overhead light display. People often describe Aldik Home like a Disneyland for Christmas— without that admission fee and throngs of people. It’s impossible not to be in awe as you stroll through an enchanted forest of delightful décor. The most breathtaking aspect of the entire display is truly the trees themselves. Every size and every style of artificial Christmas tree—more than 60 in total—can be found in Aldik Home’s expansive, indoor tree lot. The crown jewel of the tree lot is Aldik Home’s collection of Neuman Trees— the gold standard for artificial Christmas trees, with top-quality lights, more realistic styles, and a commitment to excellence that is unsurpassed. Be sure to check out the brand-new collection of brilliant LED trees; they’re simply stunning. It’s never been more important to experience the magic of Christmas at the most incredible Christmas display in the country. When it comes to Christmas decor, lights, and especially trees, there’s

Don't Forget
Etiquette By Gayle Barnes
I
n times of constant change, manners, such as holding a door open for a lady or pulling back a chair, are often considered old fashioned and outdated. Emily Post would be shocked
at some of the current behaviors. Now that people are back out there and around other people, we are seeing a trend where some people have forgotten basic common courtesy and etiquette. Has the past year and a half of people staying home made them forget about being polite, well-mannered human beings? Not everyone has slacked off, but we all could use a reminder. “Good manners will open doors that the best education cannot” — Clarence Thomas

Ask the
Pharmacist Q A
My friend refuses influenza vaccination because he insists he "got the flu" after receiving the flu shot in the past. What can I tell him?
There are several reasons why this misconception persists:
• Less than 1% of people who are vaccinated with the injectable vaccine develop flu-like symptoms, such as mild fever and muscle aches, after vaccination. This is more common the first time someone receives a flu shot. These side effects are not the same as having influenza. • Protective immunity doesn't develop until one to two weeks after vaccination. Some people who get vaccinated later in the season (December or later) may be infected with influenza shortly afterward. These late vaccinees develop influenza because they were exposed to someone with the virus before they became immune. It is not the result of the vaccination. • For many people, "the flu" is any illness with fever, cold symptoms, or gastrointestinal symptoms. If they get any viral illness, they may blame it on flu vaccine or think they got "the flu" despite being vaccinated. The vaccine only protects against certain influenza viruses, not all. • Influenza vaccination is our best protection against influenza disease; however, some people who are vaccinated will still get influenza illness despite vaccination. While vaccine effectiveness can vary, recent studies show that flu vaccination reduces the risk of flu illness by between 40 and 60% among the overall population during seasons when most circulating flu viruses are well-matched to the flu vaccine. Effectiveness is generally lower for adults 65 years and older, so a high-dose formulation is recommended for them. However, that is hard to do while still fitting into our fitted holiday outfits.
Some clothes are not very forgiving when we start eating rich desserts or so many foods different from our regular routine that we wind up bloated. Bloating is when the stomach becomes swollen. It is rarely a sign of a serious medical condition, yet it can be uncomfortable. It is more of a sign of overdoing it by eating certain foods or combinations of foods. Foods that cause bloating in one person may not affect another person; everyone is different.
Dairy. Some people have a condition called lactose intolerance, which means their bodies are unable to break down lactose, the sugar in milk products. CALABASAS PUMPKIN FESTIVAL
____________________________________ ____________________________________ Photography by Debbie Vaccarello Many wonder how the City of Calabasas got its name, which comes from the Spanish word “Calbaza.” Can you guess what it means? Surprisingly, it means pumpkin or gourd! Thus, it is only fitting that the City of Calabasas celebrated the arrival of fall with its annual Pumpkin Festival on Sunday, October 17th, at Juan de Anza Bautista Park. Continuing an over-40-year tradition, the festival brought the community together with entertainment surrounding the season’s most prized harvest, the pumpkin. Presented by the City of Calabasas, the festival was a huge hit. Not only was there a costume dance party complete with prizes, but the festival also offered live music, marketplace vendors, a food court complete with scrumptious snacks and festive pumpkin treats, pumpkin painting and carving stations, and more. Suited for all ages, parents and kids alike rejoiced in taking part in the Halloween carnival games and spooky activities.

The 2022 Corvette Stingray
By Dustin Troyan Photography by Chevrolet To say that Chevrolet hit a grand slam home run with the C8 Corvette is an understatement. The mid-engine Corvette is truly the embodiment of the best that Chevrolet and General Motors has ever offered. Demand for the C8 Corvette is through the roof and will most likely stay that way. In every way, the C8 Corvette is a winner. The 2022 Corvette Stingray will be offered in both coupe and convertible. The powerplant is the tried-and-true 6.2-liter V-8, making 490 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. The Corvette Stingray will get to 60 miles per hour in just under three seconds. Incredible. For the 2022 model year, Chevrolet is offering the Corvette in three new colors and with a new low-profile rear spoiler and the stunning new IMSA GTLM Championship C8.R Edition, which will be instantly collectible. Chevrolet will produce only 1,000 of the C8.R Edition Corvettes, and the package adds $6,595 to the base price of the 3LT trim. The C8.R styling balances your choice of Accelerate Yellow or Hypersonic Gray exterior paint with Carbon Flash-painted exterior mirrors and a rear spoiler. The Corvette racing logo is utilized throughout the C8.R, and the cabin combines an exciting yellow and gray scheme to match. There are many other subtle touches to distinguish the C8.R model from the rest of the Corvette line-up, including specially painted calipers, GT2 seats, and of course, the Corvette Racing logos strategically placed on the car. The 2022 Corvette Stingray is a winner all day long. The C8.R limited edition would be the way to go—rare and collectible out of the box. Chevrolet nailed it again. T
he pandemic has ushered in a whole new set of rules for home shopping and buying, and no one knows that better than the top real estate professionals profiled on the following pages. When the market started to rebound last year after the initial COVID lockdown, the home-buying activity heated up quickly, and it remains red hot today. Although interest rates are starting to inch up, inventory is still low, and seeing multiple offers and homes selling well over the asking price is part of the “new norm.” Despite these market conditions, buyers and sellers are not deterred. The pandemic has really changed how people look at and prioritize their homes, and that mindset is not going to change anytime soon. With all these new variables, it is more important than ever to choose an experienced realtor to guide you through the competitive process of buying and selling your home. The following section highlights some of the most exceptional realtors in our community. By sharing their profiles, we hope to help you determine the real estate agent or agency best suited to fit your individual needs and objectives.

Being a small family team enables us to work together on a daily basis to provide great client service and give each client the time and personal attention they deserve. Our clients know they can count on all of us and our expertise to ensure a smooth transaction.
Unlike most other brokerages or individ ual agents, our team is essentially one. In other words, the sum is greater than its parts. We have an all-hands on-deck philosophy that is completely collaborative. This defining approach to real estate is the basis of our success and growth.
What areas are your specialty? I currently live in Calabasas with my wife, Ellie, and our three sons, so I know the area well. What about you/ your team would you like potential clients to know? Unlike most seasoned realtors, I choose not to employ a “team.” I truly believe that I give my sellers the very best chance to sell their home so I handle all showings and negotiations. I employ two full-time assistants to help with computer work, etc.
Why should potential clients choose you? To sell a home for top dollar, it takes extensive marketing, skill, and experience. I passionately invite homeowners
to interview me so they can see exactly what I do in order to sell my luxury listings.
What should potential clients know about you? I am honest, ethical, fair, and very aggressive with my approach. I only get paid when I sell a home, so I will work relentlessly until the job is finished and everyone is happy. I am happily married for 29 years and have two wonderful children. My 25-year-old son is a graduate from Chapman University, and my 22-year-old daughter studies film at NYU.

My clients come first, no matter what. That is the key to my success. What trends do you see for this year’s real estate market? Who knew that in the middle of a global pandemic real estate would be HOT, HOT, HOT? Many buyers are moving to our beautiful area to escape the small lots and small homes on the Westside. It’s truly a seller’s market, fueled also by historically low interest rates. I am very hopeful that the market stays strong, and I think it will due to the wonderful communities I represent here in Calabasas and nearby. Good schools, beautiful homes, and wonderful
hiking, shopping, and dining keep people coming here.
Why should potential clients choose you? Experience matters. With over 16 years of selling real estate, you know I will have your back. Whether you are buying a $400,000 condo or a $10 million dollar beach estate, your needs will always come first. How do clients benefit from your knowledge on the community and local culture? When I got into residential real estate over two decades ago, I decided then and there to commit to the Calabasas/Hidden Hills area. Having raised a family here, I naturally gained knowledge on the community and culture over time but I’ve also spent much of my time learning, researching, and analyzing everything from the sales history to the floorplans by community to the demographics and much more. Focusing my time and efforts into familiarizing the community with my name and building those connections has enabled me to always put clients first
and seek their trust. I enjoy sharing what makes this community so special with my clients and sharing the data they need to know to make an informed buying/selling decision.
Why have you been so successful? For me, the basic formula to keep in practice revolves around balance and consistency. I aim to provide all my clients with the same high level of care, attention, and focus before and during the escrow process. I believe that maintaining consistent communication and being reachable is crucial to the follow-through process and ultimately leads to success.
Clients first, results driven.

What sets you apart from other Realtors in the market? I've been specializing in gated, luxury properties since 1995, so I have a deep breadth of knowledge in this area. But I also have investment properties in Malibu and a lot of experience in other areas of the Valley, and I list and sell condos to castles from Studio City to Westlake Village.
What do you want prospective clients to know about you? I'd want them to know that I am totally committed and that no one will work harder for them. From start to finish, every detail is clearly communicated to provide
them with the peace of mind they need to make informed decisions in a timely manner.
Why have you been so successful? With my extensive knowledge, I offer my clients an exceptional depth of information and outstanding service. There is nothing more gratifying than helping families sell their home and find their new dream home. It's about building relationships and getting my clients the best deal possible. A philosophy of honesty and hard work attributes to my outstanding reputation and success. That's why so much of my business is repeat and referrals.

How did your early years prepare you for being a realtor?
How do you give back to the community?
I pride myself on being a true local L.A. real estate agent. I grew up in Hidden Hills and graduated from Calabasas High School in 1986. Living in Hidden Hills, going to school in Calabasas, and formerly working in Woodland Hills has given me a unique perspective on the best local areas to canvas in my search for homes and properties. I am constantly immersed in all three of these real estate communities and have become an expert in the area. I’m honored to be part of The Agency, which is one of the most outstanding firms in the country.
I remain deeply involved with our local community—I’m an ambassador to the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce, a board member for the Foundation for the Las Virgenes Schools, and Commissioner of Public Safety Hidden Hills. I’ve also served as Los Angeles County Commissioner of Public Social Services for more than a decade.

Why have you been so successful? In the last year, with interest rates and inventory being low, we
relied on the relationships we’ve made. Because of our relationships, we continue to have plenty of opportunities to seek out properties, often before they come to market, in neighborhoods our clients desire. Whether buying or selling, our main job is to make it a streamlined, easy process for all involved. By pricing properties correctly, sellers are only looking at the best potential buyers to help them achieve the highest price and the best terms.
What should potential clients know about you? First and foremost, clients should know they are our top priority. Our experience and knowledge of the market trends count. It’s what every seller and buyer deserve. We continuously monitor trends that affect our clients’ specific real estate needs and pass that knowledge onto them—no matter what their goal is.

What is your favorite part of real estate? Without a doubt, it’s negotiating the best possible deal for my clients. On the listing side, I am very proud of the record-breaking sales prices of my listings throughout The Valley, Los Angeles, and Ventura County. On the buy side, I am proudest to deliver clean offers and negotiate large price reductions for property safety issue repairs. Whether buying or selling, it takes diligence, attention to detail, in-depth knowl-
edge, and planning to negotiate the best possible price.
How do clients benefit from your 21 years of residential real estate experience? My first duty is protecting my clients’ interests. Beyond the numbers and the contracts, experience has taught me how to negotiate difficult issues in order to hold transactions together. The difference between a good and great agent is how they handle problems revealed by inspections,
title defects, or properties that don’t appraise. Helping buyers and sellers with these issues is both a passion and a challenge.
Where do your clients come from? Being primarily referral based, most of my business is either with repeat clients, client referrals, or friends and family. The process of buying or selling a home builds a trusting bond that can last a lifetime.

I’m extremely committed to my clients and diligently work to make every transaction as easy and seamless as possible. While this is my career and how I make a living, I’m not a commission-driven agent; I find more satisfaction in helping my clients achieve their dreams and goals.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your work? I’ve been in this business for a really long time, and many of my longtime clients have turned into lifelong friends. Meeting new people, forming lasting relationships, and seeing the excitement my clients experience after a successful transaction is golden to me.
What are some obstacles your clients face today and how do you help them navigate these challenges? In the current real estate market, you will see homes selling off-market, which means that buyers may not have access to exclusive inventory if they are not working with a well-connected professional. I help my clients gain access to private, off-market properties to ensure they find the perfect home. My clients can also take advantage of my vast networking - locally, nationwide, and internationally - to bring them the highest offer with ideal terms and conditions on any property they are looking to sell.

My other specialty is investment properties. They have been fortunate to work with a diverse group of clients—from families looking to put roots down and purchase their first home to celebrities and professional athletes looking to buy or sell their home with an easy, smooth, and stress-free transaction. As L.A. natives and Calabasas residents, Nikki and Robb have extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and the Conejo Valley.
UTILIZING OUR DESIGN SERVICES TO MAXIMIZE THEIR PROFITS
Calabasas Style 163
1) I am an exceptional problem solver and work well with others. The real estate process inevitably has twists and turns so that one skill alone can be the difference between a property closing or falling out of escrow. 2) I understand that a good agent must be a good listener. I apply that skill to better understand clients' needs and better reach their goals. 3) As the market and marketing of real estate evolves, I use my experience to create a multi-layered approach to marketing properties with a listing-to-sales ratio over 90%. 4) I prepare properties to come to market and work with homebuyers to find
that perfect property. These are two things I love to do.
What should potential clients know about you? I have always thought of my work as taking care of people and their properties—start to finish. I always give my best advice, like it or not, because I care. That's my job. I have mutual respect for my peers, and I am respected by my clients as someone who will always put them first. My work ethic developed in my career as a collegiate All-American and professional soccer player, with many years of hard work and focus that allow me to bring unmatched leadership skills to my clients every day.
