• All orders must be sent via email to orders@lencalendarline.com or through our website www.calendarline.com • Order acknowledgements will be sent via email, within a period of no more than 48 hours. • If any discrepancy or error is detected, it will be automatically corrected and shown in the acknowledgement. • If you do not receive confirmation of your order within 48 hrs. please contact our Customer Support line 800-417-4513.
COMPLETE ORDER
• In order to process your Purchase Order, a Purchase Order form must be filled in full with the following information: - PO number. - Distributor information. - Delivery address. - Style, image selection and quantities. Sold in multiples of 25 pieces.
All order submitted after September 1, 2018 must specify a second and third choice of image selection. - Imprint color. - Preferred shipping date (for specifics go to our Purchase Order and shipping schedule) - Artwork specifications When filling the Purchase Order form, you must select one of the following options regarding the artwork design: Proposal: If you wish to receive an artwork proposal from LEN creative team, please provide all of your client’s information and logos. Reorder: If you wish to use a previous year artwork, please provide the year of reference used and the changes to be made, if any. Print ready: If you are providing us with the artwork files. We recommend that you read and understand our artwork submission guidelines before you send your artwork.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• File Format: PDF, exclusively. • Imprint area: Art should be to size. Please consider the suggested measurements provided in this catalog. Imprint area templates can be downloaded from our web page or requested via email.
• Images: Logos and images are recommended to be 300 DPI or more. Set these parameters before you start. Print quality depends on the resolution of the images you send.
• Colors: Always use CMYK for full color or send PANTONE number (PMS). Some color variation may occur. • Fonts: Convert all texts in your artwork to outlines. • EMail Artwork to: orders@lencalendarline.com Please include Distributor name and PO Number with your artwork. For artworks bigger than 10 MB contact our Customer Support line 800-417- 4513.
ARTWORK PROOF
• Artwork proofs will be sent via email. We are unable to print any order until we have written proof approval. • It is the distributor’s responsibility to ensure that the artwork is accurate in every aspect including spelling, grammar, colors, etc. The distributor is also responsible for ensuring legal/regulatory compliance of any trademarked logos or copyrighted materials.
• I If corrections to the artwork are required, a new proof must be approved before production can begin. Any correction must be made prior to deadline for processing Purchase Orders.

• Any order or artwork changes must be submitted in writing. • Any change could impact on the delivery date and/or cost. • After authorization to print has been given, changes or cancellations will not be accepted. • Cancellations must be pre-approved and submitted in writing. Orders will be billed for work already incurred.
PRICE CONDITIONS

EXTRA CHARGES
• Additional ink $25 (G) each. Applies to any color other than standard inks (blue and black). • Full Color $100 (G). • Change of copy $25 (G) each. Applies for small changes such as names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. All text changes are made with standard inks only (blue and black). • For special artwork design, there is a $30 (G) fee for every half hour of work.
SHIPPING
• F.O.B. Laredo, TX 78045. • Changes in the delivery information after your order has been completed will incur a charge of $25 (G). • Drop shipments: $6 (G) per drop in the US. • You will be notified once orders have been shipped. • All shipments will be sent via ground transportation unless otherwise specified. • Early orders will be stored at no extra charge and will be sent on the first programmed shipment (October 15, 2018). • There are no shipments before October 15, 2018. • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control.

RECEPCIÓN Y CONFIRMACIÓN DE ÓRDENES

ORDEN COMPLETA
• Tanto en la página web como en el formato de Orden de Pedido que se proporciona en Excel, solicitamos la siguiente información: - Número consecutivo de pedido. - Número de distribuidor y datos de su negocio. - Dirección de entrega. - Serie, cantidad total por serie y número de piezas por modelo. Los modelos por serie se surten en múltiplos de 25 piezas. A partir del 1o de

LINEAMIENTOS PARA ENVÍO DE ARCHIVOS DE DISEÑO
• Formato: PDF editable, exclusivamente. • Área de publicidad: considere las medidas sugeridas del área de publicidad para la serie que requiere, especificadas en este Catálogo. • Imágenes: la resolución recomendada es de 300 DPI´S, ideal para obtener una impresión de calidad; puede determinar la resolución desde que comienza a diseñar.
• Color: diseñe siempre con los porcentajes de los colores process CMYK, o envíe la clave PANTONE. Para tintas directas utilizar la guía Solid Coated. Tomar en cuenta que los colores que se observan en cualquier pantalla pueden variar respecto a la impresión final.
• Tipografía: convertir los textos a curvas. • Envío de archivos: incluir el archivo de diseño publicitario con su Orden de Pedido, podrá enviar archivos menores a 10 MB a través de nuestro correo electrónico. Para archivos mayores a 10 MB favor de contactarnos.
PRUEBA DEL DISEÑO PUBLICITARIO
• Se enviará por correo electrónico, previo a impresión, una prueba del diseño publicitario elaborado por nuestro departamento especializado.
Solicitamos sea revisado a detalle y lo regrese autorizado de conformidad, por la misma vía, tomando en cuenta las fechas límite de recepción de pedidos. • Es deber del distribuidor la correcta autorización de los diseños publicitarios, incluyendo textos, imágenes, ortografía, gramática, colores solicitados y cualquier elemento contenido en el mismo. • Es responsabilidad del distribuidor que el arte enviado para su reproducción cumpla totalmente con las leyes que rigen los derechos de autor, marcas comerciales, etcétera, así como de cualquier daño, costo o gasto derivado, como logotipos o imágenes con derechos de autor, incluidos los gastos legales. • En caso necesario se podrá realizar un cambio o corrección en el archivo enviado siempre y cuando se realice dentro de la fecha límite de recepción de pedido. Tome en cuenta que cualquier modificación puede impactar en la fecha de entrega.

• Los cambios o correcciones al diseño publicitario deben ser solicitados y aprobados previamente por escrito. Cualquier modificación impactará en la fecha de entrega y su costo.
• Posterior a la autorización a impresión de su diseño publicitario, no se aceptan cancelaciones. • Cualquier modificación requerida al diseño publicitario posterior a su autorización para producción generará un cargo y el distribuidor deberá cubrir todos los costos generados de fabricación hasta ese momento.
PRECIOS
• Se establecen dos tipos de precio de acuerdo a la fecha de recepción de su Orden de Pedido:
Precios hasta el 31 de julio de 2018. (Pretemporada). Precios a partir del 1o de agosto de 2018. (Temporada). • Los precios incluyen la impresión del diseño publicitario a una tinta (azul o negro), favor de especificar color en su Orden de Pedido. • No se aceptan cantidades menores del mínimo de venta señalado en la lista de precios. • Para cantidades de venta mayores a las que aparecen en la lista de precios, favor de contactarnos.
CARGOS EXTRA
• Tinta extra $ 25.00 (G) cada una, aplica a cualquier color distinto al de línea. • Selección de color $ 100.00 (G). • Cambio de texto $ 25.00 (G) cada uno, aplica para diseños publicitarios que mantengan 80 % del anuncio, los cambios de texto serán a una tinta de línea (azul o negra).
• Para diseños especiales el costo es de $ 30.00 (G) por cada media hora de trabajo.
EMBARQUES
• Todos los precios en este catálogo son F.O.B. Laredo, TX 78045. • Si el domicilio o la fecha de entrega es modificada por el distribuidor y requiere cambios en el embarque, se hará un cargo de $25.00 (G). • Envíos directos a cliente final: $6.00 (G) por envío dentro de USA. • Se enviará un aviso de embarque cuando los pedidos se envíen al Cliente. • Se utilizará transporte terrestre a menos que otro sea especificado. • Las órdenes de Pretemporada son impresas y almacenadas sin cargos adicionales y serán embarcadas de acuerdo a nuestro Programa de recepción de pedidos y embarques.

RECLAMACIONES
• Cualquier reclamación deberá ser notificada por correo electrónico, en un plazo máximo de tres días una vez recibidos sus pedidos. • No se aceptan reclamaciones posteriores al plazo señalado. • Solicitamos enviar foto con la evidencia del daño o defecto del producto.
POLÍTICA DE PAGO
• Las condiciones de pago son 50 % de anticipo (precio distribuidor) al enviar su pedido y 50 % al recibir la notificación de que está listo para enviarse, dicho saldo deberá ser cubierto en un plazo no mayor a cinco días para la autorización de envío. Toda orden de pedido debe ser cubierta al 100 % para poder programar su envío. • Las facturas correspondientes a sus pedidos pagados, se enviarán por correo electrónico.
