FROM THE BENEFIT CHAIR

Dear Calhoun Friends, Welcome and thank you for joining us tonight at the 2019 Calhoun Benefit. It’s all about our kids. Each day, we send them off to school with the hopes that they learn and grow. We’ve chosen Calhoun because of the school’s commitment to support, challenge and partner with our kids on their educational journeys in a meaningful and joyous way. Tonight’s event is also about our kids. Our school. And about how we can directly impact making Calhoun even stronger. Take a look around the room. There are parents whose children have only just embarked on their Calhoun journeys and others who are about to send their children to college. There are teachers and staff who pour their heart and soul into their work. All of us share the desire to see our students grow into the best versions of themselves. The Benefit would not be possible without the time and talents of nearly 75 Benefit volunteers, our generous auction item donors, corporate sponsors, ad buyers, auction buyers/bidders and underwriters. But most of all, this event would not be possible without all of you who are gathered here tonight. Bask in the warmth of our special Calhoun community and this unique opportunity for us to be all together for one night. Let’s celebrate and support Calhoun. With gratitude and joy, Hanh Livingston Wyatt (3's), Holden (1st) & Tanner (3rd) Chair, Calhoun 2019 Benefit Calhoun Trustee
