SEWING SEWCIAL • APRIL 1 - MAY 31 Very pleased to announce that Calico Gals is one of the 12 shops nationwide chosen to participate in Sewing Sewcial. Started by a friend who owns a shop in Oklahoma, this will be the second year of the online shop hop. We absolutely adore the batik fabrics that are featured this year. If you know me, you know that I love working with other shop owners to create wonderful events and programs for quilters everywhere. Lynn Schantz created our sample block for Sewing Sewcial and will be building the pre-cut block kits that can be sold beginning April 15. Melonie Unger is currently working on a quilt that uses all 12 of the Sewing Sewcial blocks. Check out the website to see the 2019 blocks
