Select models of DC’s high-performance skate shoes have a thermoplastic urethane airbag to provide superior cushioning. Three sizes of airbags are used to enhance the performance of DC’s footwear.
Inflexion technology features inverted cones constructed of a lower durometer rubber to allow compression upon landing. IMPACT-I protects the foot from harsh impacts while retaining the board-feel and flexibility of a traditional vulc shoe.
BOOTY CONSTRUCTION Custom insole system that isolates the heel and forefoot landing zones. Provides comfort and protection for the areas of your feet that take the most abuse. Ideal for high-impact skating.
HOOK & LOOP Using two or three strap hook and loop enclosures for easy on and off use with super secure lock in.
Naturally super light, super-flexible so it moves with your foot, provides long-lasting cushioning and impact protection, and becausea it’s outsole-grade, we can use less rubber on the bottoms of the shoes without compromising performance.
ELASTIC LACES Super strong elastic laces coupled with internal elastic gore creates the ease of a slip on with the look of a standard lace shoe.
Utilizing stretchable upper materials to secure the foot with a glove like feel. Half and full bootie constructions achieve optimal fit and functionas well as improving overall comfort.
