15 years ago, snowboard bindings were merely an accessory, and then Union came onto the scene. It began with a concise product offering and a new approach to the way bindings should ride. Located minutes from where your smartphone was most likely made, Union 100% owns and operates the snowboard industry’s #1 binding factory hands down. From the most advanced injection machines, to the best assembly team, Union Asia continues to deliver year after year.
Based in the Italian Alps, the Union HQ is 45 minutes from the gondola, and is where the magic happens. Design, engineering, and 50% of Union production comes out of this facility, and we are currently investing, and breaking ground on an all new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Business in the front, party in the back - C3 Worldwide is located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle Washington. This facility houses Global Marketing, along with Sales, Shipping and Customer Service for North America.

Blended with carbon fiber, Duraflex CB is lighter and considerably more stiff than typical fiberglass injected nylon parts.

There are a number of different ways to mount your bindings and a few different mounting systems to work with. Union currently offers 4 different disk types. Look below to find the right disk for your board.
Bindings are the most important piece of snowboarding equipment you own. That being said, it’s crucial that they are set up properly to ensure optimal fit and performance. All Union bindings come with adjustable heelcups, ankle straps and toe straps, so you can get the perfect fit for your boots.
