Listingbook.com brings together buyers and sellers on an integrated platform of client management, sales productivity, and direct marketing. It complements the FMLS system and allows agent-approved users secure access to listings. Agents are able to supply reliable, personalized, current market information, and interact with their buyers and sellers while guiding and monitoring their activity.

Using Listingbook for Buyers Buyers with Listingbook accounts will be delighted! The information they receive comes directly from the FMLS database and is updated every 30 minutes. They will receive new listing alerts, price change alerts, listing photos and virtual tours. A Property Folder is provided to save favorites or reject properties that are not of interest. In addition, information on price history, days on market, open houses and more is available. A Listingbook account enables the Buyer to make notes on properties, leave notes for the Agent and see information on recently sold properties.

Using Listingbook for Sellers Listingbook gives Sellers the ability to see market activity and how it will affect the sale of their home. They will be able to view information on comparable properties including square footage, bedrooms, list price, photos, and much more!
