6. Findings are final and must be relayed to learner and mentor, applicable Dean(s), and/or the designated department representative(s), within five calendar days after the termination of the examination phase.

When deemed appropriate, the Dean(s) may convene a review of cases to determine the effectiveness of this policy with the intent to elicit recommendations regarding remediation/negotiation regarding its enforcement. The review shall result in a written brief to be considered by the Faculty Senate and administration.

Upon graduation, the University recognizes a learner’s significant academic achievement by posting the following Honors Designations to the learner’s diploma: • Summa Cum Laude: 4.0 • Magna Cum Laude: 3.75 – 3.99 • Cum Laude: 3.50 – 3.74
