Effective February 8, 2021, all learners who are California residents or are enrolled in a California residency program are required to pay the STRF assessment fee. Payment Options Tuition payment options are available. Learners must choose a tuition payment plan when enrolling with California Southern University. Payment options are specified on the Enrollment Agreement and are described as follows: PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS

Payment of full program tuition made in advance of all courses to be taken. Repeated courses and courses taken beyond those required on the degree plan require additional tuition.
