Parent Survey Thank you to all the parents who have completed the Parent Survey, which we need to conduct as part of the Federal Government’s National School Improvement Plan. The survey is not compulsory, but I would be grateful if you could find the time to complete it by Friday 23 November 2018. If you would like to participate in the survey the following link should take you directly to the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CGS2018 If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Dr John Tuckfield, on 9835 1777 or jwt@cgs.vic.edu.au. The questions have been set by ACARA, but please feel free to give us feedback about any aspect of life at school. With thanks, in anticipation of your feedback.
Examinations, Years 8 to 11 All students in Years 8 to 11 will commence examinations very soon. These examinations will give our students the opportunity to demonstrate their learning over the last semester, and I wish them well at this time.

Year 3 Gundawindi Camp
Chess Champion
All Year 3 students will be spending the first part of next week at the Gundawindi Camp. The boys are very excited about attending the camp and the program will provide them with the opportunity of many outdoor activities, which will challenge them in ways they do not often experience in the classroom. I am looking forward to hearing some of their adventures upon their return on Wednesday. I am grateful to the teachers who have given up time with their families to be with the students.
