Currency exchange charges and bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the organisation making the payment. Cancellation Policy Only written cancellation will be considered. Cancellations made before 15 September will be eligible for a 50% refund. Terms And Conditions CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION Institution’s participation in the ITALIAN EDUCATION DAYS (10-11 October 2015) will be acknowledged after the registration form is completed and sent by e-mail or fax no later than 15 August 2015. The application to participate is valid only if submitted duly completed with a stamp and a legally valid signature. There is no claim for admission. SkyLines reserves the right to reject an application and applications will only be considered for acceptance from institutions whose products are, according to SkyLines compatible with the theme of the Fair. SkyLines will confirm availability and will send an invoice via email within 5 days upon receipt of the application form. Participation is officially confirmed only after full payment of fees has been received by bank transfer within the deadline stated on the invoice. By signing the application form, the exhibitor accepts the rules and conditions of SkyLines as the organizer. STUDENT RECRUITED DURING THE FAIR The participating institution agrees that SkyLines is their main partner for all enrollments and applications made, as a result of this Fair unless otherwise stated upon enrollment. SkyLines may claim commission for any student who has been registered for the fair. EXHIBITION TABLE It is not allowed to move table within the fair’s venue or outside in the corridor. The exhibiting institutions are kindly requested to ensure the continuous presence of at least one person at the table. One standing poster is allowed for each participating institution.The organizers reject every responsibility for missing goods or advertising materials. DELEGATES The delegates are required to be present for the duration of the Fair meetings and to attend all functions within the Fair programme. The delegates shall not take part in meetings or events which would preclude their attendance at scheduled functions. CANCELATION POLICY Only written cancelation requests would be considered. Cancellations made before 15 September will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid. No refunds would be made for cancellations received after this date. CANCELATION OF FAIR SkyLines reserve the right, at their discretion, to cancel the Fair or to change the dates and/or venues. In such cases it is agreed that SkyLines’s total liability shall be limited to refunding the participation fee that has already been paid to SkyLines by the applicants. SkyLines would accept no liability in respect of any loss or consequential loss of whatsoever nature arising. In the event of cancellation of the Fair, or any part of it, due to a civil discord, terrorism, military action or natural events occurring without fault on the part of the organisers, there shall be no refund of fees paid, or refund of travel costs or expense already incurred in conjunction with participation in the Fair. LIABILITY & INSURANCE Delegates should be insured against personal liability, fire and theft. The organisers or the hosting venue are not liable for any claim of theft, damage of property, or injury sustained while the delegate attends the Fair. The delegates on their part will be held liable for any damage to persons or objects caused by them, their employees, their representatives or by exhibits or items of their equipment. The delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs incurred to and from the Fair.
