Fable Jalene was a child who was very talented that everyone around her envied her. She was so skilled that she even had her own special box with her most precious gift that was given by her late aunt Emily who passed away at the age of 23. In this box was a pen, but it was an important pen to Jalene. This pen helped her aunt through tough times and she gave it to her as a gift when Jalene had just turned 13. She never let the box out of her sight. Until one day Jalene had gym, she left her box in the classroom , although a few curious classmates took her box and as they were full of wonder they opened it. They always saw her with it, but they never knew what was inside.

Fable continued… “Maybe It’s an Eye?!” A small boy with a pair of glasses bigger than his face stated “What if it’s just a lame collection of flowers or something?” A slightly tall kid, who seemed to have little interest suggested “Well? Open it!” They all shouted at a short hair boy with curly auburn hair As they opened it, they were only filled with disappointment, one of the boys, took the pen and started to fool around with it. But when the owner came back to check on her box she spotted the boys messing around with it. They all laughed and teased her, while holding the pen in the air. Until,"SNAP". The boy had dropped the pen and stepped on it. Jalene was in tears, and didn't know what to do as the others tried to flee the room.

Fable Continued… The room began to darken and the skies outside began to to turn gray as the clouds start to swirl in an oddly formation. Jalene and the others didn’t know what was happening, until the glass of the window broke, as a figure started to float towards them in the mistified air. The kids couldn’t move, they were all too frightened, blood curdling screams invaded their ears. Jalene didn’t know what was happening and didn’t know what to do. But she stood up before the mysterious figure, but it ignored her and floated pass. The dark figure had long black flowing hair but it mystified as it shimmered like the moonlight. Jalene could feel in her heart that it was Emily. All of the children screamed in fright, but the ghostly woman, stretched out her arm as she started to collect the souls of the children. As each of them gasping for air, Jalene didn’t know what to do. Her body felt paralyzed as she witnessed her classmates start to wither.

Fable Continues... Soon after she fainted and as she woke up, she felt something soft against her head. she tried to open her eyes but the light was too bright. As she sat up slowly she looked around, she saw that she was in her room. She felt groggy, but got up steadily down the stairs. Her parents told her that she passed out after her gym class, so the school called them. When she went to school that day, none of her classmates who were with her were there. She later learned they were taken away and sent to a mental institution because they were too emotionless after the incident that day. And that was the end of Emily’s pen.
