2. 100-point identification check

3. Tenant screening utilising Barclay MIS, Australia’s largest national tenant reference database

4. Comprehensive checking of both personal and previous landlord/agent references

Communication is Everything

Your Property Manager will conduct all aspects of the management of your investment including the leasing, maintenance and routine inspections, providing continuity and consistent communication. This single point of contact is rare in the industry but something that we hold in high regard. Your manager will get to know your property intimately and strike a long-term relationship with you. You can contact them directly with any questions you have about your property.

We understand the frustration when it comes to poor communication. Our promise is to keep you informed of results from open homes/ ongoing maintenance and return your calls/emails in a timely manner.
