NONISSUE is a publication created to tease the mind. It is a magazine with no discernible content, no words, no clear photos. The idea for this magazine came about from an exploration of McLuhan's idea, "medium is the message," where the way that we consume information changes the way we interpret that information. Here though, the message is revoked leaving the medium to express itself. By blurring the pages, the structure and affordances of a magazine come to the forefront, invoking a new experience for a printed publication.
