Executive Summary: All of the indicators for the Huntington Beach Real Estate Market (Sales, Price per Square Foot, Average Price, and Days on Market) showed improvement in February compared to the same period last year. Once could say more homes sold, and they sold more quickly, and the average price of what sold was higher. Buyers also "paid more, for less square footage" than last year. Compared to the same period last year, Total Sales were up 11.2%, Average Sale Price was up 24.5%, Total Price Per Square Foot was up 10.2% and Total Average Days on Market fell from 45 to 37 days. Homes Sold: In February 2018, the entire Huntington Beach market saw a total of 109 houses, townhomes, and condos sold.. There were 59 detached properties sold and 50 attached homes sold.

Price per Square Foot: The February 2018 Average Price per Square Foot ($PSF) for the entire Huntington Beach market was $511.
