Greetings Ooch Volunteer Community! After a jam-packed spring season we are almost ready to head to camp! We appreciate all the work you have been doing to get trained and ready for your session. Thanks for submitting all of that paperwork even if it meant clicking the ‘forget my password’ button for the third time, putting on a swim cap and doing spinal rolls at your Bronze Cross Re-Cert, or even shootin’ some arrows at Archery Activity Training. It is because of this training and your hard work that parents feel comfortable sending their kids to camp. Below is some important information for the upcoming months so take a few minutes and soak it all in.
Volunteers needed - tomorrow!
Tomorrow, Saturday June 14th is our Summer-Kick Off Party. We have had an overwhelming number of late family registrations – in fact 170 people are coming! We could definitely use more hands to help with meeting new families, running carnival games and maybe even going in the dunk-tank! The day runs from 11:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m. If you are able to help please contact Paresa pamin@ooch.org for more information.
Bus Chaperones and Airport Drivers
We are still looking for volunteers to help out as bus chaperones and airport drivers. The dates are below. Please email Zoe at volunteer@ooch.org for more information. Please note you cannot be a bus chaperone for the session you are attending. Ooch will provide transportation back to the city. Camp Teomul Session 1 Session 2 Session 3 7Scape
