HOW DO I CHOOSE A MEAL PLAN?

STUDENTS LIVING ON CAMPUS:

I LOVE VARIETY AND WANT TO EAT AT A VARIETY OF LOCATIONS ON CAMPUS.

Consider the Flex or Flex Plus plan. These will give you flexibility between the dining halls and the restaurants in one convenient plan. Consider for the Dining Hall plan. Plus, you’ll save a little money, too.

I PLAN TO EAT MOST OF MY MEALS AT THE DINING HALL.

STUDENTS LIVING IN ON- OR OFF-CAMPUS APARTMENTS:

The Flex plan best fits your needs. Use it for meals or snacks, and you can even grab a togo meal before heading back to your house or apartment.

I DON’T WANT TO COOK AND PLAN TO BE ON CAMPUS A LOT.

Consider the Block 170 or Commuter/ Apartment plan. The Block 170 averages out to 10 meals a week, and the Commuter plan will provide 5-7 depending on how you spend your funds.

I WANT TO EAT ON CAMPUS BUT NOT COMMIT TO A CERTAIN NUMBER PER WEEK.

STUDENTS LIVING IN GREEK HOUSING:

I PLAN TO JOIN A FRATERNITY OR SORORITY THAT HAS A MEAL PLAN DURING MY FIRST YEAR..

If the chapter offers a meal plan that serves a minimum of 10 hot meals a week, then you may be exempt from a campus meal plan. That said, we recommend the Commuter/Apartment plan as a supplement when you are on campus. Visit our website for more information.
