Sutton Bonington is a popular student accommodation choice for those studying at the Sutton Bonington campus of the University of Nottingham.
Home to world-leading laboratories and specialist facilities for studying biosciences and veterinary medicine.
With lots of greenery to admire, Sutton Bonington has a country village lifestyle, with local pubs and restaurants in the vicinity to enjoy. If you enjoy outdoor space, there is no finer place to be away from the hustle and bustle of city centre life, with the area playing host to several stables.
The city of Nottingham plays host to several sporting events, including football, cricket, and ice hockey. There are also large music venues to enjoy, with the Nottingham Arena hosting many events throughout the year.
Within close proximity to the village, we also have Donnington Park, which has track events and the world-famous Download Festival. The popular theme park, Alton Towers, is approximately 40-minutes away.

Bonington Student Village is located on the University of Nottingham Sutton Bonington campus, with the University Park campus only a 25-minute ride away on the free Hopper bus service.
The bus stop is located on campus and goes to nearby Kegworth with its pubs, restaurants and supermarket, as well as Clifton South Park and Ride, where you can get the tram into Nottingham city centre.
If you’re driving, Loughborough town centre is just a 15-minute ride away, and Nottingham city centre is only 30 minutes away.
We have everything you need for a comfortable student accommodation experience, with a range of rooms to suit your price range.
All the local amenities are within walking distance, including the on-site shop, café and a sports centre within the university grounds. Enjoy walks around the scenic countryside which surround the campus that can take you into the local villages of Kegworth and Sutton Bonington.
The campus also hosts a local farmers’ market on the first Wednesday of every month, which is an opportunity to pick up some fresh baked bread, cakes and pastries, as well as a varied range of fruit and vegetables, in support of the local community.

Choosing to live with us
We understand that our village is your home and we are as unique as you are! You have the flexibility to choose who you live with. Whether you choose to live by yourself, or with a group of friends, we can find you room that’s right for you.
Group booking
We know how much fun living with your friends can be, which is why we make it easy for you to book a flat together. Our flats come in clusters of either three, four, or five. You will all have individual contracts for your own room, and with all bills included, there is no need to worry about splitting the cost.

Our Customer Contact Village can arrange a face-to-face or virtual viewing. A member of the Village Team will take you on a tour of the village and show you the range of room types available.

Customer service
Our dedicated team are there to ensure you remain safe and comfortable during your stay with us. They are passionate about resident experience, and work hard to build the strong village communities which we know you’ll grow to love. Should you experience any problems or have any questions, they will always be on hand to help.
Maintenance
The on-site team provide fast repairs and will get you back up and running should you encounter any problems. Their focus is to ensure the building remains safe and compliant and are your goto people if you need help with any odd jobs in your flat.
Housekeepers
The high cleaning standards of our villages are maintained by a team of committed housekeepers. They ensure all public areas of the village are kept as hygienic as possible and are on-hand to resolve any issues that might arise.

Keeping you safe..
It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported when you choose to live with us.
Our friendly Village Teams are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year (including all UK Bank holidays). This is to ensure you always have someone to speak to should you need our help or support.
We regularly review and update our safety policies, in line with Government guidance, as well as relevant health authorities.
All our villages have CCTV installed, and access in and around the buildings is operated with a secure key card/fob system. In addition, all bedrooms can be locked with your access keys.
We know how important your belongings are to you.
