You’ll find an array of historic sites, museums and galleries to discover including the Natural History Museum, the V&A Museum, and the National Portrait Gallery.

London is a shopping hotspot with endless options including the Westfield shopping centres and the famous Oxford Street. There’s also a host of stunning parks and green spaces to relax in during a bit of downtime.

We have three villages that make up our Goldsmiths Student Village, this includes Raymont Hall in Brockley, along with Surrey House and Chesterman House, both located in New Cross. Each of our villages are located conveniently to the universities along with local shops and amenities.

Raymont Hall

Located in Brockley, a leafy residential area of south-east London, Raymont Hall, Goldsmiths Student Village offers a relaxed and picturesque base.

Just a twenty-minute walk from Goldsmiths, University of London campus, Raymont Hall is popular with both undergraduates and postgraduates from a range of different nationalities and degree programmes.

The modern accommodation is split across four buildings and is home to en-suite rooms and one self-contained studio as well as a large outdoor garden on the grounds with lots of recreational space.

The area is one of Raymont Hall’s best features along with friendly staff who are available 24/7.

With quirky cafes, parks, classic pubs and the trendiest bars in close vicinity, plus great transport links getting you into London centre, there’s plenty to explore.

Standard (Type 2)

With this option, you’ll get a larger bed for extra comfort. All our rooms are carpeted and have large windows to let in lots of natural sunlight.

Medium

Looking for more space? Upgrade to a Medium Room and you’ll get a small double bed, heaps of storage including a wardrobe, shelves and underbed drawers.

The biggest of the rooms, offering a luxurious living area with extra floor space. You’ll have your own bathroom, a private study area and plenty of storage.

Studio Apartment

Chesterman House

Chesterman House is located in Zone 2 so it couldn’t be easier to get into the centre of the city by bus or overground. Bursting with creativity and culture, the area is a prime spot for hanging out with friends, watching a band, or admiring some art at one of the local galleries.

When it comes to the everyday convenience, you’ll find shops and supermarkets in the vicinity, alongside some cool bars and pubs, and even a couple of museums and a theatre in the area.

Surrey House

Our Surrey House village is run in partnership with Goldsmiths, University of London and is a modern and cosy private student accommodation for undergraduates.

Located in New Cross, Goldsmiths, University of London is just a five-minute walk away. Fantastic transport links will take you into central London in as little as fifteen minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore the city.

Local amenities are within walking distance of Surrey House, including shops and supermarkets as well as trendy bars and restaurants where you can spend your downtime.

A stunning orangery house is a central feature within our accommodation which provides a contemporary social space to relax in.

Standard Old House

Studio

Medium Studio – Lower Ground

The most luxurious room option, our largest studio room is a private space just for yourself, and includes a comfy full double bed, study area, as well as a kitchenette and dining area.

Living with us.

Choosing to live with us

We understand that our village is your home and we are as unique as you are! You have the flexibility to choose who you live with. Whether you choose to live by yourself, or with a group of friends, we can find you a room that’s right for you.

Group booking

We know how much fun living with your friends can be, which is why we make it easy for you to book a flat together. Our flats come in clusters of either three, four, or five. You will all have individual contracts for your own room, and with all bills included, there is no need to worry about splitting the cost.

Customer service

Your dedicated team are there to ensure you remain safe and comfortable during your stay with us. They are passionate about resident experience, and work hard to build the strong village communities which we know you’ll grow to love. Should you experience any problems or have any questions, they will always be on hand to help.

Maintenance

The onsite team provide fast repairs and will get you back up and running should you encounter any problems. Their focus is to ensure the building remains safe and compliant and are your go-to people if you need help with any odd jobs in your flat.

Housekeepers

The high cleaning standards of our villages are maintained by a team of committed housekeepers. They ensure all public areas of the village are kept as hygienic as possible and are on-hand to resolve any issues that might arise.

It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported when you choose to live with us.

Our friendly Village Teams are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year (including all UK Bank holidays). This is to ensure you always have someone to speak to should you need our help or support.

We regularly review and update our safety policies, in line with government guidance, as well as relevant health authorities.

All our villages have CCTV installed, and access in and around the buildings is operated with a secure key card/fob system. In addition, all bedrooms can be locked with your access keys.

We know how important your belongings are to you.
