Run in partnership with the University of Greenwich, McMillan is situated perfectly for students attending Ravensbourne University London, and Trinity Laban, as well as the University of Greenwich.
We’re also surrounded by amazing transport links via bus, train and DLR, so this property is a great choice for other universities too, including Ravensbourne College and Goldsmiths, University of London.
There’s plenty of things to do in the surrounding area, whether you want to brush up on your history with a walk around the local stately homes, shop unique gifts and trinkets at Greenwich Market or have a cocktail or two in the borough’s most popular bars.
Out of all of my time in student accommodation, living in McMillan has been the best. The rooms are large and come with everything you need. The grounds of McMillan also feel very safe and secure with the gated community and security on hand.

Choosing to live with us
We understand that our village is your home and we are as unique as you are! You have the flexibility to choose who you live with. Whether you choose to live by yourself, or with a group of friends, we can find you a room that’s right for you.
Group booking
We know how much fun living with your friends can be, which is why we make it easy for you to book a flat together. Our flats come in clusters of six. You will all have individual contracts for your own room, and with all bills included, there is no need to worry about splitting the cost.

Our Customer Contact Village can arrange a face-to-face or virtual viewing. A member of the Village Team will take you on a tour of the village and show you the range of room types available.

Village Life is our free programme of events and activities, hosted throughout the year to help you settle in and make new friends.
As well as popular favourites such as BBQs, hot chocolate nights and
pizza parties, each village hosts unique events, bespoke to its residents.

Whether you have questions, concerns or simply fancy a chat, there’s always someone available to help - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Customer service
Our dedicated team are there to ensure you remain safe and comfortable during your stay with us. They are passionate about resident experience, and work hard to build the strong village communities which we know you’ll grow to love. Should you experience any problems or have any questions, they will always be on hand to help.
Maintenance
The on-site team provide fast repairs and will get you back up and running should you encounter any problems. Their focus is to ensure the building remains safe and compliant and are your go-to people if you need help with |any odd jobs in your flat.
Housekeepers
The high cleaning standards of our villages are maintained by a team of committed housekeepers. They ensure all public areas of the village are kept as hygienic as possible and are on-hand to resolve any issues that might arise.

Keeping you safe.
It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported when you choose to live with us.
Our friendly Village Teams are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year (including all UK Bank holidays). This is to ensure you always have someone to speak to should you need our help or support.
We regularly review and update our safety policies, in line with government guidance, as well as relevant health authorities.
All our villages have CCTV installed, and access in and around the buildings is operated with a secure key card/fob system. In addition, all bedrooms can be locked with your access keys.
We know how important your belongings are to you.
We’ve partnered with Endsleigh, the No.1 student insurance provider, to provide you with contents insurance, completely free of charge. For more information on the contents that are covered, and how you can upgrade your cover, please visit my.endsleigh.co.uk.
