Bailey Theatre Harvest Fund-raising Festival Appeals went out to businesses for their support and it has proved to be somewhat overwhelming! One hunderd and thirty businesses have each made impressive donations to this fund-raising evening. Next came a borrowed truck from Lamb Ford Sales and an immediate visit to the Horte farm, 15 minutes north of Camrose, for stage props. An entertaining evening of food and fun is predicted for Saturday, September 6. Entertainer-extraordinaire Danny Hooper will be on the microphone for a live auction. A game called Minute-to-Win-It, sponsored by Lynx, is expected to be a highlight to the evening. And, this year the dance will start earlier than last year. It will be a chance for guests to kick up some Bailey dust as they two-step or line dance around the historic venue in their denim duds and boots. This is a critical fund-raiser for The Bailey. For ticket information call 780-672-5510 or check the Bailey Theatre website.
