Every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. during the month of January, while you enjoy a complimentary light lunch, an AHS health professional will speak on a specific health topic. The free series gets underway on Wednesday, January 6th, when Registered Dietician Pamela Boyson offers her training and suggestions on how you can energize your body with snacks and meals while you are at work. She will address common nutrition questions, explain food labelling, talk about vitamins and supplements and make healthy eating information and additional resource information available to you.
