Mary Wilton, Terry Wilton and Jim Brager, each highly respected in the local arts community, celebrate Canada’s 150th year, offering their flavour on noted Canadian landmarks.
The 22nd Annual Artwalk continues until September 5 throughout Camrose. You can enjoy a variety of two- and three-dimensional art created by local and visiting artists at various local venues. As part of the Canada 150 celebrations, there is a focus on what it means to be Canadian and how that meaning gets translated into art. Ten venues will display art. To download your guide visit camroseartssociety.ca/wp-content/ uploads/2016/11/2017-Artwalk-Guide.pdf. An open Art Walk Reception will be held on August 17 at the Jeanne and Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre.
