Stand up for Albertans who step up for seniors. Nominations are now open to recognize the dedicated and energetic efforts of Albertans who serve seniors with a 2022 Minister’s Seniors Service Award. Albertans are encouraged to nominate individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations that are supporting seniors through their volunteerism, philanthropy, innovation or outstanding service. “For an amazing 24 years, the Minister’s Seniors Service Awards have recognized the inspiring individuals and businesses that have provided volunteer service to seniors. I am sure you know someone who deserves a nomination–the neighbour who performs at senior centres or the community group that helps seniors file their income tax returns.
