Jessi, who stopped smoking following a frank conversation with her physician, and her husband Jeff, who had been long contemplating quitting the habit for good, both relied on multiple methods, including prescription medications, to help them butt out. They will be among the ex-smokers who will be answering a short threequestion survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/KJMZY68. Local health professionals are interested to compare the popularity of support groups, helpline, counselling, nicotine therapy, prescription medications or sheer willpower in quitting the habit.
