Thank you for your interest in our program! It is with great anticipation we put forward this offering of bulls and females. Whatever area of our sale or the cattle industry you are in- volved in I am confident that we have cattle for sale that you will be pleased to gaze upon. You have weathered some storms and you share the passion and sense of accomplishment that comes from such a grass roots industry. Our operation is a third generation family farm that has been breeding purebred cattle for over forty five years. Although we have diversified slightly, the fundamentals of the business haven’t changed a lot. Markets rise and fall. Fads come and go. At the end of it all the cattle with longevity and efficiency make us, and our customers, money. Our goals are simple: raise good cattle, be fair and just in business, and offer a high standard of customer service. Through strict culling regimes and our satisfaction guarantee, we ensure our own piece of mind and hopefully that of our customers as well. We will calve just under 250 cows this winter and spring. These cows are our livelihood. We run a strict breeding program selecting for fertility with tight breeding seasons. Our early group has only a month to re-breed, so they all calve in February, and our late group gets a two cycle, 42 day, window to re-breed. Cows seldom see grain but are given a high quality forage diet enriched with minerals from calving to re-breeding. For the late cows the high quality forage diet is pasture; for the early it is silage. All our calves are fed with purpose to attain steady, constant gains, and we carry this philosophy into our sale bulls and heifers to enhance long term health and functionality. This is the last year DRCC Gameday 8081W sons will be available as he sold to Dwayne Franklin of Marwayne during last year’s breeding season. His progeny have been very popular over the last few years. These sons are calving ease specialists while the daughters carry beautiful udders. It is with great anticipation I introduce you to the first calf crop of DRCC Stimulus 2021Z, pur- chased from Wulf Cattle in Morris, MN in 2013. His flawless structure has caught the eye of every cattleman that has stopped by. Two of his sons were part of the pen of three shown at Edam Fall Fair, and winning Reserve Champion Pen. After years of selling females privately, this customer driven operation is allowing every- one an opportunity to reap the benefits these girls can provide for years to come. The docil- ity of these cattle makes them a pleasure to work with. These animals can be kept at Double P until April 15th, and then a $4/day charge will be applied on the bulls and a $3/day charge on the females until delivery arrangements can be made. Terms: All sales are in Canadian Funds, payable by cash or cheque on sale day, unless other ar- rangements have been made between the purchaser and the seller prior to the sale. Every animal sells to the highest bidder, and in cases of disputes the auctioneer will make the decision to reopen the bidding. The auctioneer's decision will be final. Each Animal becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold. Volume Discount: Buy any two head, get a 5% discount. Buy any five head, get a 10% discount. There will be a bidder draw for all attendees that sign up for a bidder number. Junior Discount: Any junior age cattlepeople, less that 21 years old, will receive a 5% discount. Announcements: Any announcements from the stand take precedence over printed material. Guarantee: All animals are backed by the respective breed associations Breeder Guarantee. All Guarantee: bulls will be semen tested before the sale. A list of results will be available at the sale or by calling the consignors the day before the sale. Deffered bulls may be sold, in which case they will be semen tested prior to delivery. Hereford bulls sold to purebred breeders will be parentage and ge- netic defect tested by the seller prior to delivery. Angus bulls sold to purebred breeders will be par- entage verified by the seller prior to delivery. Any other parentage or defect testing may be re- quested by the purchaser, however cost may be the responsibility of the purchaser. All genetic test ing results will be shared with the purchaser, with true and clean tests guaranteed. Ask the consignors about their rigorous vaccination programs before buying. Delivery: Free delivery within 500 km or to central locations in Saskatchewan and Alberta with consideration of volume and value of purchases. Feeding/Wintering Program: Purchases from Standard Hill can be sent back to their home pens and remain under the exact same management as pre-sale until May 15th free of charge. After that a daily charge will apply of $4/bull and $3/heifer. Purchases from Double P can be kept at home until April 15th free of charge. After that same daily charges will apply. Insurance: The sellers encourage the purchasers to insure animals that remain at their home ranches. Larry Toner, with Stockmen’s Insurance, will be on site to fulfill your insurance needs or you may use the insurance provider of your choice. Sight Unseen Purchases: Call the consigners to discuss what type of animal you require and Sight Unseen Purchases: your purchase price in mind. We will do our best to fill your needs. If you are not 100% Satisfied with your sight unseen purchase you will be fully refunded. No questions asked. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk.
