THE Basics of MOVE IN A. Arrive during your scheduled move-in time We have scheduled arrival times by floor in an effort to control the number of people attempting to move into the building at any given time. This will only work if residents arrive during their appointed time and not earlier or later. Please help us make Move-In run smoothly by arriving on your assigned date and time!

B. Bring people to help you. All guests must be accompanied by you at check-in and must receive a signin wristband.

C. We want the move-in process to be as efficient as possible. There are only a few unloading spots at the building. After you unload your car, we ask you move it to the designated parking area. You may leave your belongings in the unloading area. There will be CampusOne staff in this area, but you may want to have someone wait with your belongings. Communicate with your Roommates Talk to your roommates before you move-in about common items you can share. For example, you don’t want to end up with 4 bath mats! See page 5 for some suggestions on what to bring.

D. Do NOT bring a moving truck or trailer attached to your vehicle. Due to the limited space for unloading and parking vehicles, we cannot accommodate large moving trucks or trailers in the unloading area. Remember your room is fully furnished.

E. Ease your move by bringing a hand cart/dolly. There will be some hand carts available for use. Due to the large number of residents moving in, we recommend bringing your own handcart as we cannot guarantee that one will be available.

F. Gather the necessities. If you are not in a studio unit, remember that you are sharing a space with other residents. Bring only what you will need for your own bedroom. You can make decisions regarding common room items with your roommates. See page 5 for some suggestions on what to bring.
