Congratulations, you’ve made it through your first month of classes! We hope you have enjoyed your time so far at CampusOne and have had the chance to meet new people, attend events, and explore Toronto. October is typically when the demands of school start to pick up, but don’t forget to take time for yourself. Schedule some “me time” between your classes and study sessions. Relax and watch a few episodes of Friends, sign up of the Halloween Haunt trip, or grab a bubble tea with your roommates. The important thing is that you find ways to balance your time to reduce the stress of mid-term season. As you move through this year you will encounter new challenges. Remember you are not alone, there are many resources available to help you on your journey. Speaking with your Don is always a great place to start.
