NEW YEAR NEW YEARResolutions

3. Start Small: Big change take time. Break your resolution into smalle steps.

Be Specific: Vague goals like "study more" are hard to follow. Try "study 2 hours daily." Track Progress: Use app journals, or even a sticky note chart to celebrate milestones. Stay Accountable: Share your goals with a frien or join a study group.

4. Be Kind to Yourself: Slip-ups happen. Keep ing—progress, not rfection, matters! 5.

R Pedro meet

Hi, I’m Pedro Vieira de Moraes Lacerda, an 18-yearold student from Brazil currently studying Chemical Engineering at McGill University. When I applied to McGill, I expected to stay in their residences, but space was tight, so I ended up at Campus1. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Campus1 is in a prime spot—close to McGill and other campuses—which makes getting around super easy. Plus, Montreal is such an amazing city for students. It’s got a little bit of everything: the historic charm of Old Montreal, the bustling energy of downtown, and a nightlife that never disappoints. Living here has been a big change from Brazil, but it’s been exciting. I’ve met people from all over the world, tried new foods, and am slowly getting used to the cold. (still working on that one!)
