I can’t believe it has only been a month and a half since I started as Assistant General Manager!! You all have been so warm and welcoming. It has been a pleasure to meet so many wonderful people inside these walls. If you have any questions, queries or qualms, I invite you to stop by my office. So much has happened in such a short period of time, i.e. Major construction in the building is coming to a close and our Short-Term Stays have begun. Formula 1 weekend is fast approaching and we will be very busy. The warmer weather is finally upon us (ok, depending on the day!)) Businesses all over Montreal are setting up their terrases and people are out to worship the sun and this awesome city is coming to life after such a long winter. So get out enjoy the air, walk barefoot on the grass!!
Favourite food: I love all kinds of food from all around the Karen world. In short, anything I don't have to cook myself ....or seafood (it doesn't like me!)
If I could have one superpower it would be... To have the ability to fix individual's and the world's problems.

What is a Work Order?
A work order is a document submitted electronically to Campus1 MTL management requesting some type of repair be completed by Maintenance in a resident's unit.
Why fill out a Work Order?
It is the responsibility of the resident to fill out a work order if there is a deficiency in the room. This could include, for example, chipped paint, broken furniture, plumbing issues, heating / electrical problems ...etc...
How do I fill out a Work Order?
It's very simple! The work order form can be found on our website: www.campus1mtl.ca. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage, and click on the 'Submit a Work Order' button on the right hand side.
NOTE: In an emergency situation, please call 9-1-1 or Security (514-273-7626 Ext. 5)
