MOVE-OUTGUIDE 2024

Thank you for staying at Campus1 MTL. We sincerely hope you have enjoyed your time with us! This guide is intended to help identify the steps and requirements to plan your move-out.

Please review the following frequently asked questions regarding move-out day below:

When do I move out?

You must be moved out April30th,by12pm

Any additional day will be charged 58.65$+tax with a limit of 3 additional nights (Moveoutby May3rdnoon)

Advise Denise beforeApril19th if you need any additional night. Anytime after that will not be considered

If you need to schedule an inspection time other than April 30th, please schedule it HERE

Inspections

Management will inspect your unit.

If the unit is left unclean or there are any damages, you will be charged for them.

Accounts

Please see that you settle any outstanding balances prior to move-out

Before you leave, please fill out the Move-Out form, found at the link below https://forms office com/r/PdLGiK4LCs

Please return your keys, FOBS, laundry cards and to-go meal cards to the return your keys to the designated area in the lobby when you hand in your Move-Out form upon departure.

Don’t forget to change your mail address with Canada Post! We will NOT be forwarding mail to any residents.

The following information is provided to assist you in your move-out and expedite your inspection process and preveting additional charges that can be incurred upon moving out. Please review your Resident Handbook regarding possible charges for policy violations, should any violations be found at move-out.

All belongings/possessions must be removed from the unit and it should be cleaned prior to Check-Out. Be sure your full balance - all rent, meal plan and other charges - are paid prior to your move out.

Turn in your key, FOB and, mail key upon move-out to the front office or assigned check out station. You are required to provide a Fowarding Address to Campus1 MTL.

Below is a list of ESTIMATED CHARGES that may be assessed should cleaning/repairs/replacements be required to prepare the unit/ bedroom for future occupany. These charges are ESTIMATES AND AVERAGES, and may not include specialized labor or parts. If any items are MISSING OR DAMAGED to the point that they must be replaced, when you move out, you will be charged for the current cost of the item, plus labor and service charges. If Owner incurs a higher cost for replacing an item, you will be responsible for paying the higher cost. There may be additional charges for damages, such as paint, deodorizer, etc,. Any upholstery repair or cleaning of furniture may be charged to the resident(s). Shared Common areas will be charged and equally split with unit residents. These prices include tax.
