Welcome to all of our new residents! This is your very first monthly Newsletter, the Parkside Pulse! We are so happy to have everyone moving into the building, and hope everyone appreciates their new home for the next year. We, at Parkside, look forward to providing you with this Newsletter in the middle of each month to bring you information on upcoming Parkside Residence programs, events, socials, important dates and information, and draw your attention to our monthly features, dedicated to introducing you to our Parkside team on a more personal level. Hello! My name is Jen, and I am a Community Assistant (CA) at Parkside. The most rewarding part of this job is helping residents build their home away from home. I also thoroughly enjoy living and working in the heart of downtown. There is so much to explore (and eat) here! In addition to working at Parkside, I am studying at Ryerson and working as a poker dealer.

Welcome Week is your opportunity to get acquainted with the places and people in your new environment. Parkside Staff work for months in advance of your arrival to develop a week-long itinerary of events that will help you learn about the residence, meet people living in residence and just have a wonderful time!
