Craig is a recognized advisor on sustainable development pathways and clean energy investment in Canada. He has been instrumental in key strategic efforts of Canadian energy companies, providing insight and expertise to major project developments, integrated planning efforts, and rate proceedings.

Francis Bradley

President and CEO, Electricity Canada

Francis Bradley is the President and CEO of Electricity Canada. Francis is the co-chair of the National Cross-Sector Forum and is on the Member Representatives Committee and Board of Trustees for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.

Tom Chapman

Principal, The Brattle Group

Tom is an energy economist with expertise in wholesale energy markets and energy policy design. He has worked with utilities, independent electricity system operators (ISOs), and government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders on policy initiatives related to the design of energy markets in Canada, the U.S., and Europe.

Jennifer Hiscock

Director, Electricity, Transportation & Buildings Innovation, Natural Resources Canada

Jen leads the division responsible for electricity, transportation, and buildings innovation for NRCan’s Office of Energy R&D. The shared focus across these domains enables smart and resilient communities, electrification pathways, and the systems design and integration across the energy sector.

Brandon has helped organizations and clients succeed in the utility, energy marketing, and renewable energy industries. Dr. Monica Gattinger

Founding Chair of Positive Energy, Director of the Institute for Science, Society and Policy, and Full Professor at the School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa.

Dr. Gattinger is an award-winning researcher and speaker, strategic adviser, and media commentator in the energy and arts/cultural policy sectors. Her innovative research program convenes business, government, Indigenous, civil society, and academic leaders to address policy, regulatory, and governance challenges.

Reena Goyal

Counsel, McCarthy Tétrault LLP

Reena provides advisory and advocacy services to private and public sector clients, with a focus on electricity markets, regulation, and compliance. She regularly represents clients at the Ontario Energy Board and the Alberta Utilities Commission.

Jana Mosley

President, ENMAX Power

Jana is responsible for ENMAX’s regulated transmission and distribution business in Calgary. She also directs ENMAX’s power infrastructure, engineering, and maintenance services. With over 25 years of industry experience, Jana has worked for various utilities, industrial consumers, generators, and the Alberta Electric System Operator.

Dr. Runa R. Das

Associate Professor, Royal Roads University

Runa Das is an Associate Professor in the College of Interdisciplinary Studies, Royal Roads University. She holds a PhD in Environmental Applied Science and Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and is currently focusing on the study of household energy transition for net-zero in Canada.

Kathryn Bakos

Managing Director, Climate Finance and Resilience, Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation

Kathryn’s work includes pioneering research to quantify the impact of flooding on Canada’s residential real estate sector and mortgage markets and developing innovative frameworks to mitigate risk and embed climate preparedness into decision-making for investors.

Gary Hart

President, CEO, AltaLink

For more than 30 years, Gary has held a variety of senior positions in the energy industry across Canada, including as Managing Director for Berkshire Hathaway Energy Canada, Chief Operating Officer, and now President and Chief Executive Officer of AltaLink.

Dr. Heather Exner-Pirot

Senior Fellow and Director of the Natural Resources, Energy, and Environment program at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute

Heather is a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington DC and sits on the Boards of the Saskatchewan Indigenous Economic Development Network and Canadian Rural Revitalization Foundation. She is also a Special Adviser to the Business Council of Canada.
