Francis Bradley is the President and CEO of Electricity Canada. Francis is the co-chair of the National Cross-Sector Forum and is on the Member Representatives Committee and Board of Trustees for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.

Tom is an energy economist with expertise in wholesale energy markets and energy policy design. He has worked with utilities, independent electricity system operators (ISOs), and government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders on policy initiatives related to the design of energy markets in Canada, the U.S., and Europe.

Jana is responsible for ENMAX’s regulated transmission and distribution business in Calgary. She also directs ENMAX’s power infrastructure, engineering, and maintenance services. With over 25 years of industry experience, Jana has worked for various utilities, industrial consumers, generators, and the Alberta Electric System Operator.

Associate Professor, Royal Roads University
Runa Das is an Associate Professor in the College of Interdisciplinary Studies, Royal Roads University. She holds a PhD in Environmental Applied Science and Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and is currently focusing on the study of household energy transition for net-zero in Canada.
Kathryn Bakos
Managing Director, Climate Finance and Resilience, Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation
Kathryn’s work includes pioneering research to quantify the impact of flooding on Canada’s residential real estate sector and mortgage markets and developing innovative frameworks to mitigate risk and embed climate preparedness into decision-making for investors.

Heather is a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington DC and sits on the Boards of the Saskatchewan Indigenous Economic Development Network and Canadian Rural Revitalization Foundation. She is also a Special Adviser to the Business Council of Canada.
