Ontario's new Mining Act’s regulations are in the process of development. The BPA will be hosting its annual symposium and will be offering MNDMF 1.5 days of the 3 day symposium to share its latest regulatory developments with BPA members and others interested parties.

Agenda Highlights March 1-2 MNDMF will lead participants in a workshop setting over the first day and half to explore current topics relevant and of interest to Ontario’s mineral development sector primarily focusing on the various revisions to Ontario’s Mining Act, including: • • • •

Introduction of exploration plans and permits Introduction of consultation requirements Site of Aboriginal cultural significance, and Aboriginal capacity to participate in Ontario’s mineral sector March 2-3
