A villa is designed in Florya, Bakırköy in a 1029m2 area with 950m2 total construction area. Two storey building has a basement floor and an attic. It is designed for a family of four. Living room, kitchen, dining room and a cloakroom is located on the ground floor. First floor has three bedrooms that have their own wc and dressing room. Living spaces are faced to south side of the building with a backyard. Living room is connected to the garden with a terrace covered with steel construction and sunshades. Building has a decorative pool, a swimming pool, a bar and sun porch in the backyard. Entrance for pedestrians and cars, open carpark area and a security building is placed in the front side of the building.

The new warehouse building for the clothing store chain LC Waikiki is built on a 20.700 m² land in Istanbul, Esenyurt. The building has a total construction area of 58.300 m², including the ground floor and three basement floors. The building is located in a sloped land. There are three entrances in different levels through a total of 16 truck doors and 12 hydraulic ramp doors together with an office entrance and an employee entrance. Since it is a logistics center, a total of 397 parking spaces are planned by giving importance to the entrance and circulation of vehicles. In addition to storage and shippping areas, there are offices located in the mezzanine floor on the northeast side of the building. On the southwest side, spaces are designed to meet the needs of employees such as changing rooms, cafeteria, and dining hall.

APARTMENTS in GAYRETTEPE

Two apartment blocks in the neighbour plot areas designed with similar approach to create a harmony. There is a common vehicle and pedestrian entrance between the two apartments meeting in a common garden. One of the blocks contains 18 flats with 10 residential storey and 2 storey of parking. The other block has 16 flats with 9 residential storey and 3 storey of parking. Both blocks have vehicle elevators to reach the parking area below ground floors. Facades of the blocks degined with a modern approach with the use of 3 colours; white, grey and wood.
