SATURDAY 26 OCTOBER 10AM–3PM

Your opportunity to partner with the iconic

Canberra Girls Grammar School

Fete 2024.

The Canberra Girls Grammar School (CGGS) community is built on a 100-year legacy of educational excellence, connection and opportunity.

About the School

Positioned in a picturesque corner of Deakin, CGGS is an independent, non-selective Anglican school. For a century, generations of students from across Australia and the globe have experienced that at CGGS, anything is possible.

Founded in 1926, the Community of the Sisters of the Church opened the doors with just 10 students. Established by trail-blazing women, the Sisters’ spirit of fearless leadership, visionary thinking, unwavering resilience and a deep passion for learning lives on.

Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, and now spanning three campuses, CGGS provides a world-class educational and co-curricular offering. Perfectly positioned at mid-sized with 1300+ students, the School is co-educational from Early Learning to Year 3, then female-focused through to Year 12.

CGGS values the whole child—all are encouraged to be involved in a range of pursuits in, and beyond the classroom. Students have many opportunities to nurture existing talents, discover new interests and develop their skills to become the well-rounded, contributing, informed young people that the world needs.

CGGS is recognised as award-winning and with a reputation for excellence in academic outcomes, consistently resulting in exemplary NAPLAN, BSSS and IBDP scores. It is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School and offers the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) across Kindergarten to Year 12, with a choice between the ACT BSSS and IB Diploma.

Align your business with our annual Fete

We invite you to sponsor our iconic School Fete in 2024. Join us in our continuing our efforts to ensure CGGS remains a vibrant and contributing part of the local Canberra community.

CGGS

The benefits of partnering with CGGS.

Now in its incredible 97th year, a CGGS Fete key focus is to raise funds for projects that benefit the entire CGGS community. Beyond being a legacy fund raiser and creating a positive, fun and exciting experience for all, the event also builds the CGGS profile within the Canberra region, grows the 100-year old community spirit and fosters current and new relationships between CGGS and the wider region, including the vast array of Canberra business. The longevity of our event and its ongoing success has only been achieved through the generous support of many local businesses and volunteers. Again in 2024, we are seeking expressions of interest from Canberra and region businesses to join us as a Fete Sponsor. By contributing as a Fete 2024 Sponsor, you will expand opportunities for our students to learn and grow, as well as improve our engagement with the wider School community.

Through guaranteed category and event exclusivity, your sponsorship will provide multifaceted benefits for your business, such as:

• Brand visibility to increase awareness and reach a wider audience.

• Positive brand image to align your business with values such as community support, cultural enrichment and celebration. You will demonstrate the importance of giving back to generate goodwill.

• Targeted marketing via CGGS promotional channels, including a strategic paid advertising campaign, and to 3,000+ people on the day of the event to drive lead generation.

• Enhance reputation by demonstrating investment and commitment to the local community, in turn fostering positive relationships.

• Promote your business to a highly engaged audience, reaching proactive and influential community members.

• Ability to showcase your product/service directly to potential customers via engagement with attendees on the day.
