GET MORE FROM YOUR COMPUTER After working as a volunteer at Tamborine Mountain Library, Kaylene Ewer realised that many older people (and some younger ones) don’t know what their computer can do for them. With increasing reliance on computers and internet in today’s world she decided to open this world up to them in an easy paced way. Kaylene’s experience in computing combined with her training (she holds a Diploma of Business and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) made her ideally placed to open “Keep It Simple”. The business gives people personalised training on their own computer, to enable them get the most out of their computer. Kaylene does this at an affordable hourly rate without large call out fees. Kaylene trains clients in a range of applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. She is also able to format resumes and documents for a professional look. She can also assist with advice on purchasing a computer if a client does not feel confident to purchase one on their own.
