1CREATE AN INVITING CURB APPEAL Potential buyers are drawn to homes that appear welcoming and fresh, especially this time of year as everything around them begins to bloom and become alive again. The exterior of your home should seem as inviting as possible since this first impression will either get potential buyers excited to come inside for a visit or push them to keep on driving to the next house.
