GIVEN that Letters of Administration have been granted by the Register of Wills of Luzerne County, PA, on March 30, 2023, in the Estate of Lucille A. Gaffney, late of Freeland Borough, who died March 17, 2023, to Christian Jay Gaffney and John S. Gaffney, Jr., Administrators.

Penn Lake Park Borough will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 1st, 2023 at 5:30pm to discuss and vote on 2 dam related spending items. First, discussion and possible vote on a proposal from Streamline Engineering Inc. for detail design, DEP permitting, preparation of construction bid documents, and assistance in bid review, vendor selection, and award. Second, discussion and possible vote on contracting with G. Kutz Appraisals for appraisal services for dam related easements.
