Say “Make a Transfer” to transfer money between accounts or make a Credit Card Payment. Say “Withdrawal Check” to withdraw by check. Say “Stop Payment” to stop a check payment.* * There is a $10 per check fee for stopping a payment.

Say “Reorder Checks” to reorder checks. Be sure to have a blank check ready for information such as the routing number.

CAP COM’s enhanced Touch-24 home banking system offers convenient 24/7 account access over the phone. Choose from Touch-Tone or Speech Recognition account access and use this Touch-24 brochure as a guide. Get started today!

Account Access Menu From the Main Menu, press 1 for the Account Access Menu. Then, enter your Member Account Number and PIN to access these options:

My Accounts Menu From the Main Menu, say “My Accounts” for access to the My Accounts Menu. Then, say or enter your Member Account Number and PIN and access these voice command options:

Press 1 for Account History & Balances • Press 1 for Checking or Money Market. • Press 2 for Savings Accounts. • Press 3 for Certificates or IRAs. • Press 4 for Loans. • Press 5 for VISA Credit Cards. Press 2 to Transfer Funds • Press 1 to make a transfer - Choose share/loan ID to transfer FROM. - Choose share/loan ID to transfer TO. (Press * to select a different account and enter account number.) - Enter exact transfer amount including dollar and cent figures and press #. • Press 2 to make a Loan payment. • Press 3 to make a Credit Card payment. Press 3 to Withdraw by Check • Choose share/loan ID to withdraw FROM. • Enter the exact check amount and press #. Press 4 to Request Stop Payment* • Press 1 to stop payment on a single check. • Press 2 to stop payment on multiple checks. * There is a $10 per check fee for stopping a payment. Press 5 to Change Your PIN • Enter new PIN and confirm. Press 6 to Reorder Checks • Please have a blank check ready for information such as the routing number. Press 7 to Review Another Member Account • Enter new Member Account Number and PIN. Press 8 to Repeat a Menu Press 9 to Return to Previous Menu Press 0 to speak with a CAP COM Associate

Main Menu You will hear easy-to-understand prompts suggesting simple voice commands to access your accounts. Voice commands include:

• Say “My Accounts” for account access. (See more details on next panel.) • Say “Branch Information” for lobby and drive thru hours. • Say “Rates” for current rate information. • Say “Card Services” to activate a VISA® Credit Card or report a lost or stolen card. • Say “PIN Change” to change your Personal Identification Number. • Say “Merchant Check Verification” if you are a merchant wishing to verify checks.

Speech Recognition Tips • Say “Go Back” to return to the previous menu. • Say “Repeat” to repeat menu choices. • For added security, you can say or enter (via touch-tone) numeric information such as your Member Account Number, PIN or dollar amounts.

Say “Balance” or “Account History” to access these accounts:

Checking or Money Market Account • Say “Balance” for available balance. • Say “History” for Checking history. • Say “Checks” to search for a specific check number. • Say “Dividends” for information about your Checking dividends.

Savings • Say “Balance” for Savings balance. • Say “History” for Savings history. • Say “Dividends” for information about your Savings dividends.

Certificate or IRA • Say “Balance” for Certificate or IRA balance. • Say “Dividends” for Certificate or IRA dividends. • Say “Maturity Date” for Certificate or IRA maturity date.

Loan • Say “Balance” for Loan balance. • Say “History” for Loan history. • Say “Payment” to make a Loan payment. • Say “Interest” for Loan interest.

VISA Credit Card • Say “Balance” for Credit Card balance. • Say “Last Payment” for payment details. • Say “Next Payment” for next payment due. • Say “Make a Payment” to make a payment.
