We’re on track to integrate operations for all members in the next 12 months.
Progress Update for members who bank with CAP COM
Please continue accessing the financial services you’re accustomed to using today – there is nothing you need to do. Meanwhile, you’ll notice the Broadview name change and logo begin appearing in former SEFCU branches and online services in the spring of 2023.
As we make progress to become Broadview, we are focused on making the transition as seamless as possible for you.
Do you also bank with SEFCU? Watch your mailbox for an additional Progress Update that explains the shift to the Broadview name and signage.
Keep banking as usual with the SAME:
• Financial services and website at www.capcomfcu.org
• Digital banking app and online banking
• Branches, hours, and familiar faces
• Basic transactions at any SEFCU-Broadview branch
• Newsletters and social media
• Phone numbers and email contacts
Some service names are changing in the spring. Your accounts, teams, and how you submit payments stay the same.
• Homeowners Advantage remains a subsidiary of Broadview
• CAP COM Financial Services and SEFCU Wealth Management are now Broadview Wealth Management
• CAP COM’s and SEFCU’s insurance subsidiaries are becoming Broadview Insurance Agency
Why
is the integration happening in stages?
A phased approach enables us to manage the technical aspects of the merger and ease the way for members. We will let you know when action is needed with plenty of support along the way.
On the horizon, within the next 12 months:
• CAP COM branch signs and the website will change to Broadview
• Members will have access to full services at all 60+ Broadview branches
• More financial resources will be offered
• Emails will start coming from Broadview Federal Credit Union
