The Maritime Silk Road is an ancient network of trade routes connecting East to West. At dusk, join us in Living Room & The Bar, as we will delve into the secrets of the seafarer’s logbook and regale the colourful accounts of this captivating period. Our bartender has created 12 herbal and spice-infused cocktails, inspired by the flavours of the route, so you can taste the Maritime Silk Road.

We invite our guests to infuse and spice up their preferred Spirit which will develop its very distinctive flavour during the guests stay at Capella Tufu Bay.
A handpicked selection of 26 di erent teas, herbs and spices from along the Maritime Silk Road awaits our guests to infuse their own concoction of spirit. The night prior to departure date the guest is invited to come back to package their infused spirit to bring a Capella Memory home.

At Xincun Port of Lingshui, approximately 400 seaborne households are floating on the sea. Foams were wrapped up and tied in blue cloth to serve as the foundation of the complex, which was paved with wooden floors and anchored at four corners. Various kinds of marine creatures are kept in enclosed fish nets in the water by owners, some purely for visitors to look at and some to be sold to restaurants or aquariums.
