True to form ,the selling season in the Western Cape has arrived and we have experienced a record m onth of sales in Novem ber,with record enquiries and sales concluded in the m onth of Decem ber.Our view is that the political stability in the Western Cape and our well-run m unicipalities coupled with good local governance continues to be a m ajor drawcard for local and international buyers.This contributes to the appeal of the Western Cape as one of the m ost desirable places to live and is invariably driving current sentim ent in the m arket and our record sales.
