The m arket in the Western Cape is currently constrained by stock shortages and fewer listings indicating a shift to a seller?s m arket.Our view is that the political stability in the Western Cape and our well-run m unicipalities coupled with good local governance continues to be a m ajor drawcard for local and international buyers.This contributes to the appeal of the Western Cape as one of the m ost desirable place to live and is invariably driving current sentim ent in the m arket.
