STEP 1: PLAN YOUR GETAWAY

Begin the process by selecting the time of year you prefer to travel and a Discover Capital destination (listed in this booklet). Visit https://www. capitalvacations.com/destinations/ to explore details about each resort. Then, reach out to a Capital Vacations representative and let us help you find the vacation dates and resort that work for you! Book your Discover by Capital Vacations request by phone at (866) 275-4035 To reserve your Discover vacation, you are required to have made at least $750 in payments towards the purchase price of your package. STEP 2: RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION

An email confirmation will be sent for all reservations to the email address on your account. This includes both phone and online reservations. Once you receive your email confirmation, verify that all travel details are correct. Information provided includes your resort, arrival and departure dates, number in your party, check-in time, unit type, resort address for arrival, presentation appointment time, and directions to the resort.

STEP 3: CHECK IN TO YOUR RESORT

At check-in, you will be asked to provide a credit card to secure onsite charging privileges. After you’ve settled in, you’ll receive a call from our staff to assure your accommodations surpass your expectations. During this call, we’ll also confirm the date and time of your resort tour and presentation.

STEP 4: ATTEND YOUR RESORT TOUR

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment at the Preview Center and check in at the reception desk. Your sales consultant looks forward to greeting you and will begin the required presentation shortly thereafter.

Please note: You will have 18 months for 200,000 package and 30 months for the 300,000 point package to enjoy your vacation. All reservations are subject to availability. Refer to your Discover agreement for the full list of terms and conditions.
