We invite you to offer Work-Integrated Education internships to our students.

PolyU Work-Integrated Education Internship Programme PolyU’s career development programmes put emphasis on professional knowledge and practical training, this also helps in meeting the needs of various industries, professions and the community. PolyU requires all full-time undergraduate students to complete a mandatory Work-Integrated Education (WIE) component as part of the curriculum, the only university in Hong Kong which has implemented this requirement.

What is Work-Integrated Education (WIE) ? Work-Integrated Education (WIE) is a work-based learning experience through internship that takes place in a real life work environment which is relevant to the student’s chosen profession. We assist students in fulfilling WIE requirements through offering internship opportunities in Hong Kong, China and International, during which they learn by taking on various roles in organizations, as well as by observation and reflection.
