Mike has been putting together real estate deals for over 15 years. If you knew Mike however, you would say that he has been buying and selling his entire life. As a young man, Mike persuaded family and friends to visit some of the first model homes offered in the area. Once the ink was dry on his broker’s license in 1999, Mike left his executive level restaurant career in the dust. His passion for real estate still runs deep. Mike has relocated his personal residence six times. Chances are he has either been your neighbor or will be soon. This, coupled with dozens of flips/flops and construction projects, gives Mike experience in all aspects of real estate. He prides himself on offering many “firsts” in his field, most recently with professional aerial drone photography.
Mike is married and has three children. Two young adult sons, Andrew and Nathan, attending the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana, with a focus in Finance/Economics and a daughter, Sarah, at Carl Sandburg High School enrolled in their Cosmetology Program. Mike’s favorite sports to watch were his son’s varsity high school hockey games and daughter’s dance competitions. His coupon-clipping wife of 23 years, Kathie, maintains the home so that Mike may remain focused on his real estate business.
While working 24/7 is a fact, not a slogan, Mike does set-aside time with family and friends at his summer home on Lincoln Lake. Having a retreat within 45 minutes of his business allows Mike to unwind without losing focus of his clients.

Patti earned her degree in business and has been involved in real estate for over a decade. First in the office, handling the organizational side, then after assisting many clients through what can be an overwhelming process of buying and selling, pursued her broker’s license in real estate.
Patti joined Mike McCatty and the Century 21 Team in 2007. Working with such a successful real estate team; sharing her knowledge and experience from behind the desk has allowed her to grow into a million dollar producer.
Patti grew up in the southwest suburbs and resides in Orland Park with her husband who is employed as a pharmacist at Christ Hospital. She has 2 grown children. Kathryn, who is married and works as a recreation specialist with the South Suburban Rec. Association and David who is employed as a welding fabricator. She also has a large extended family that is dispersed throughout the southwest suburbs adding to her knowledge of the area. During her off time, Patti enjoys teaching Sunday school at All Saints Lutheran Church and spending time with her daughter by volunteering at special events. On nice weekends she enjoys motorcycle trips with her husband. Tom was born and raised in the southwestern suburbs. Upon graduating from the University of Illinois, Tom returned from Urbana/Champaign in 1985 to begin his career. After years of successful hardware and software sales, and many miles traveled across the country, Tom earned his broker’s license allowing him to continue his sales skills while spending more time with his family and less time in airports.
Over a decade later, Tom has secured himself as a veteran in the business capitalizing on his 30 years of sales experience. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife of over 20 years, Annette, and their four children: Grace (sophomore at Marian University / Indianapolis), Adam (senior at Providence Catholic HS), Faith (sophomore at Providence Catholic HS), and John Paul (8th grader at St. Mary’s – Mokena). Together they give back to St. Mary’s Parish in various capacities including; Parish Council, Worship Commission, baptismal preparation leaders, altar servers, extraordinary ministers of communion, food drives, etc. Giving back to his community as well, Tom volunteers with the Knights of Columbus and holds the honor of a 3rd degree knight. With an aptitude for business Tom is able to make a difference both professionally and in his community. Nicole joined the McCatty team 2 1/2 years ago after earning her broker’s license. She chose the McCatty team because with their success and knowledge she knew she would be learning from the best, and she was right. Dennis has been involved in real estate for over 11 years. Born and raised in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, he has grown very familiar with Chicago's south-side and southwest suburbs.
Dennis spends some of his spare time working on classic and late model muscle cars. As an avid car enthusiast, he feels that sufficient garage space to accommodate one's toys should always be a top consideration when searching for a new home. Dennis also enjoys exercising as a way to relax. As an amateur boxer, Dennis competed in the Chicago Golden Gloves twice and won his division at the Arnold Sports Festival in Ohio. Denny is currently stressing over pre-school, while Hank and Abigail are still young enough to enjoy a life of little responsibility.

Joe started his professional career as a mechanic for Mercedes-Benz; however, his true passion has always been real estate. After purchasing his first foreclosure at the age of 23, he knew that a career in real estate was within reach. Shortly after, Joe and his father started a real estate investment business. Danny plays an integral role on the Mike McCatty and Associates team serving as both a licensed real estate broker as well as overseeing the team’s social media marketing efforts. Currently an undergraduate student at DePaul University, Danny is pursuing a double major in real estate and finance with a minor in urban planning. He currently serves as President and founder of the DePaul Real Estate Club in addition to being a member of various other college business clubs.
Being brought up with a family in construction and real estate, Danny was raised with a strong and entrepreneurial work ethic. By the young age of 12, Danny was certain where his career path would lead. He first joined Mike and his team as an intern in 2013 and has been hooked ever since. His love of the business is reflected in the dedication he delivers to all of his clients. While college and real estate encompass much of Danny’s time, he also enjoys spending time with his family as well as seeing his favorite bands perform, Steely Dan and Chicago.
