Proof of which is the conceptualization of the “Bayanihan na! Talunin natin ang COVID-19” program, wherein the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) - Agusan del Norte Provincial Office, together with the Association of Technical and Vocational Schools in Butuan City and Agusan del Norte have initiated actions for the protection against COVID-19. The Northern Mindanao School of Fisheries (NMSF), with the support of the NC II trainers, was able to create some improvised personal protective equipment. They produced 25 personal protective equipment (PPE) suits per week and distributed to the nurses, doctors, and other frontliners in the region. “We hope to produce more PPE for our frontliners.
